The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Welcome! You will enter through a private entrance. Further down this hallway is the bathroom, which is exclusively for guests of the vacation studio. The end of this corridor is also used to a limited extent by the owner. The stairs upstairs take you to the studio, with small kitchen. There is parking for cars, covered parking space for moto/bikes. There is a large garden and a covered terrace with lounge set where you can relax.

Best location in the center of town. On the inside of the small ring and yet quietly located on the Leopold park. 50m from the Century, the place to be with its large (heated) terraces. The apartment is a 6-minute walk from the station. Big market is just 1 minute walk through the King Albert street. (the shopping street) We offer a free fitness day pass at I fitness in the TT district, a 5-min. walk.

Apartment Langsteeg, near Maastricht/Valkenburg

This apartment surrounded by meadows is very rural along the Mergelland route and a short distance from Maastricht and Valkenburg. Both from the living room and the bedroom one has a beautiful view over the hilly landscape. Maastricht city center, MUMC+, Maastricht University and the Mecc are accessible from this location by public transport. An excellent spot for both a relaxing and business stay!
