Good things: - Lovely apartment in a great location close to bus station, supermarket, restaurants/bars, shops etc. - Very comfortable bed and lots of storage space. - Having the ski locker right outside the door of the apartment is super convenient. - Really quiet, especially for Chamonix Sud which can be quite rowdy at times. On the downside: - Kitchen arrangement is a bit inconvenient with most useful things on the opposite side of the island to the kitchen workspace, but it's easy enough to move things around once you're there. - It would be good to have tables/shelves beside the bed and a coffee table or similar by the sofa to put drinks, phones, books etc. on The only other comment I'd make is that if you're very short (as I am!) some things are rather high up to use comfortably/reach! - the kitchen and the bathroom basin in particular.

we had a really good stay here. location is excellent - short walk to either town , or Planards where the (little) kids were for ski school, yet away from the main road. The Apartment was clean, smart and comfortable. Checkin instructions were clear and timely and they were quick to respond to any questions we had during the week. Would certainly stay again!

Un super séjour, une hôte très accueillante et chaleureuse. On est si bien accueilli qu’on se sent bien tout de suite dans le logement ! Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir, d’autant plus que le coin est magnifique !

Séjour exceptionnel dans un cadre magnifique. Belles randonnées autour avec 3 télé qui permettent d'accéder aux sommets alentours. L'appartement est grand, propre, tout y est bien pensé. La vue depuis le jacuzzi est incroyable. L' accès à la piscine et au spa de l'hôtel sont un plus très apprécié. La literie est très confortable. Tout le monde est conquis.

The flat was very beautiful. The view was amazing and it could not have been better placed for skiing in and out, although we kept our skis and boots at Central Sport in the centre. There was a misunderstanding about the beds. One twin room was made up as a double, but Jenny sorted it out. The people at Hotel Falken were charming and very helpful.

As soon as you walk in, this apartment hits you with the wow factor. It is beautifully decorated, has amazing views and it was impeccably cleaned throughout. We are a family of 5 (children 17, 15 and 7 years) and there was plenty of space. We all found the beds extremely comfortable and the linen and towels were all fresh. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to cook meals. Marie even provided all we needed to light a fire and it was a really beautiful feature of the cosy lounge area. The ski bus is 70m away and runs regularly to get into Morzine centre and ski lifts. You can walk into town in about 25 mins to the centre / pleney lift. The nearest supermarket is a Sherpa which took about 12 mins walk (downhill on way there) to get to. We went daily. You can also get a bus back from the Sherpa too if you need to do a bigger shop (take the U bus). Highly recommend this beautiful appartment and wonderful host. Thank you Marie.

Le chalet de Xavier a été notre petit coin de paradis pour un week-end qui nous a permis de déconnecter complètement de la vie quotidienne. Le bain nordique était chaud à notre arrivée et le lendemain nous avons pu profiter du sauna (et à nouveau du bain nordique). Le logement qui a beaucoup de charme bénéficie d'une vue exceptionnelle. "A revenir" sans aucune hésitation. MERCI !

Tout était parfait. Un endroit idyllique avec une vue imprenable sur le Léman et les montagnes suisses. La maison est spacieuse et impeccablement tenue. Spot idéal pour un WE entre amis ou simplement se ressourcer en profitant des multiples activités disponibles à proximité. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil. On reviendra !

Andrine and his wife were amazing, the house does not have wash machine, but when we ask for it, the family took our clothes, they wash and dry them. Amazing place and friendly place. Hopefully another time in Switzerland we will come back here again

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist wunderschön, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um zu den Pisten zu kommen und befindet sich in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Chalet accueillant, esprit montagne assuré avec une vue époustouflante sur le mont blanc il ne manquait de rien. Nous avons été accueilli avec un beau sapin de Noël, accompagné de petits cadeaux. Le chalet était bien chauffé, propre, literie impeccable, salle de bain de même, cuisine ouverte, fonctionnelle , bien équipée. Je recommande ce chalet situé dans un charmant petit village. Merci au propriétaire.

We had a wonderful month here. The house is spacious with savoyard charm. Great location between two ski resorts and plenty of hiking on the door step. Local bar was great and friendly and only a 2 minute walk away. The local bus is great for getting to and from the St Gervais village (and ski area) and stops 2 minutes from the house. There is also a local goat farm which is worth a visit, especially if you have young children.

Great place and great host. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed, including a fully furnished kitchen. The host was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect. The view of the valley and mountains was stunning, and the convenience of parking right in front was a plus as well as, which is not the case for the more central apartments. Still close to the center and the location was peaceful and easy to access.

Notre séjour chez Cyril s'est très bien passé. L'appartement est conforme aux photos, une superbe vue sur la montagne et le lac d'Avoriaz, au calme. Bon à savoir: un peu de marche depuis le parking pour arriver à l'appartement (station 100% piétonne). Petit bémol cependant pour le clic clac, le matelas a un peu vécu. Ceci dit, nous avons passé une bonne semaine de vacances en famille.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Mimmo. Il est plus grand que la moyenne pour un appartement au ski. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir dormir dans 2 pièces différentes. Le parking de l'immeuble était inacessible, mais il y a des places disponibles juste devant l'entrée. L'accès aux pistes est possible rapidement pour les bons skieurs en traversant la forêt sur une courte distance. La vue sur le Cervin depuis l'appartement est magnifique.

Mycket bra lägenhet och läge om man vill lite mindre. Två synpunkter man bör tänka på. Duschen väldigt liten och det saknas en microugn. Annars fungerar allt utmärkt.

Au calme loin de toute cohue, reveil au son des cloches des vaches et sifflements des marmottes. Appartement fonctionnel, bien orienté et bien équipé
