The house is reserved for non-smokers, and is equipped with Wi-Fi, washing machine and kitchen equipped with dishes, utensils and the main appliances: microwave, fridge/freezer and kettle.

Fabulous apartment, immaculately clean, modern and extremely well furnished. Immediate reponse to any queries from booking and throughout entire stay. Massive shout out to Igor, he was so accomodating and friendly. He provided so much general information from restaurants to public transport and information on different area's to visit. Collected and dropped off to train station as part of the service. Amazing host

A stylishly furnished, spotless environment with a swimming pool that we can also use; convenient parking outside the hustle and bustle of the old city. Alberto made us feel at home, his advice was very useful, directing us to a restaurant nearby where we dined divinely. He introduced us to Sirmione in non-touristy areas that really deserve to be seen. We have found his professionalism, kindness and competence in very few facilities and people. For those looking for an oasis of peace and tranquility, I highly recommend it. Thanks for your hospitality.

Nice clean home in a private area. Nice pool are right outside the apartment and a short walk to local swimming spots on the lake with a beach bar. It's around a 30min walk into Sirmione old town which is all flat with nice views of the the lake. There's also a shuttle bus that stops right outside the apartment.

Our stay at Lake Garda was incredible! The apartment has a beautiful view to the lake, it's peaceful and private. It's walking distance from the historical center and Sirmione city center. There are good restaurants near by. The apartment is comfortable, has a washing machine and the kitchen is well equipped. There's a garage as well. We super recommend it!
