Independent house where you can find silence and tranquility to spend your days in complete relaxation immersed in the nature of the countryside in the Verdi lands. A stone's throw from Giuseppe Verdi's birthplace and the Giovannino Guareschi Museum, from which the property's name comes. 10 minutes from Busseto PR, an area dedicated entirely to the Maestro and his music. 10 km from the highway exit and Fidenza Village Outlet. Busseto is known throughout the world for being the hometown of Giuseppe Verdi and is the perfect starting point for visiting Verdi's places and for a vist of the production area of Parmigiano Reggiano and Parma Ham. It is about 20 minutes drive from Fidenza Village, 30 minutes from Piacenza, Cremona and Parma.

It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.
