Conveniently located within walking distance of the train station and all the great places to visit in downtown Parma. The flat has a feeling of tranquility and is comfortable. We shared it the apartment with a friend it was great for that because it has 2 bathrooms that have their own showers in them.

Great place. Convenient location, although a bit tricky to reach by car. We ended up parking 8 min away and carrying our luggage. Would be nice to know in advance how to reach the side road for unloading. The place itself is spacious and comfortable, even though it is very echo-y. Air conditioning works beautifully.

This is an amazing space. Very very clean. Lots of amenities. And a porch to walk out on and look down at the square and look at the views and watch the Starlings. You can walk everywhere and lots of shops and restaurants. Lots of comfortable space.

We had a great time in Parma at Giovanni’s house! The apartment was centrally located in town and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Giovanni provided helpful parking instructions to ensure we stayed outside the ZTL.

The air BnB was lovely and perfect location for us for our friends wedding. Not much to do in Cremona but perfect for catching trains to other parts of Italy

Jari’s place was great. We stayed here for the Cremona karting circuit. Located in a quiet area Private car parking space. The apartment was very spacious with everything you could need. The bedrooms were lovely with an open plan living/dining area. Jari helped make recommendations for dinner and was very responsive if we had a question. We would stay here again!

Great location for Modena, very close to historical city center and 100 m to Osteria Francescana. Perfect location if you have a car to park and extremely convenient in/out to Modena, especially you are looking to visit nearby attractions such as Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena and Ferrari Museum at Maranello, also nearby cities Parma, Regio Emilia and Bologna.

I wish I could rate this as six stars. Everything about the location, apartment and host was spectacular. The view of the hills and mountains in the distance were worth the drive. The apartment was spotlessly clean and everything we could want was provided. Mathieu is warm, friendly, and very helpful with his suggestions which were spot on.

The check-in was extremely flexible, easily arranged with Annarita, which allowed me to dedicate myself to my activities without stressing about the time. Large, clean apartment, equipped with everything you need (including a hair dryer with diffuser). Fully equipped kitchen. Upon my arrival, I found fresh water, fruit juices and yogurt in the refrigerator, as well as tea and coffee, available to guests. The area is quiet, secluded from the center and the fair, but Parma is small, in 10-15 minutes by car you can reach both. Reserved parking in the courtyard. Every now and then you could hear a train passing by, but the windows filtered the noise enough, so I rested well at night and they didn't wake me up (despite my light sleep). There are shutters on the windows, so there is no total blackout, but it is a subjective limitation (I always travel with a mask anyway). Comfortable bed. There is no elevator, but the apartment is immediately on the first floor. Positive experience.

Maria is the best hostess you can wish for! Quite gentle town hall, left delicious things in the refrigerator for breakfast and still lots of sweets! Her house is beautiful, spacious , clean and organized. Plenty of excellent quality bedding. Attenciosa, reply to any message quickly! We felt at home, surrounded by a lot of affection!

Incredibly beautiful apartment with everything I needed for a week stay let alone the paltry evening I decided to take on. My only sincere regret was not staying longer. Aside from the obvious beauty of the apartment inside an equally striking palazzo, the amenities were top notch. Pierangela came through and kindly went through everything including normal housekeeping but also some recommendations for restaurants and where to see the sites. Her passion for her town came across so genuinely that I had to take her advice rather than find a bar to drink three too many Negronis. I am counting down the days to return with my family and enjoy this beautiful city and apartment. Also of note was meeting the actual owner of the property who was gracious and kind. I urge you to book this room just not when I’m there.

Great rental!! Paolo is an exceptional host and always available!! He gave us all the good addresses for our visits and restaurants. Do not hesitate to book with him the visits of the parmesan and parma ham factories (he even accompanied us)!! The pool and the exceptional jacuzzi! The accommodation is clean and fully equipped! The perfect breakfast!!Go there with your eyes closed. I highly recommend this listing!

We had a great time. The hosts were very responsive, helpful and friendly.( We had an issue when we arrived at the airport and the hosts were very supportive). We enjoyed the pool a lot. We also received very good recommendation and places to visit as well as restaurants. Veronica and Vanessa were very attentive. The place is new and every thing is very functional. The access is easy and the instructions are very clear. It is in a very peaceful location with a few nice restaurants near by and it is an excellent base to move around in the area. I cannot wait till their next building with the Spa will be completed! Thank you Vanessa and Veronica. I do recommend!

The perfect accommodation to discover Parma. It is perfectly located to reach everything on foot and at the same time nice and quiet. A sweet café right on the doorstep - a few houses away a great trattoria. In addition, super nicely furnished - in the kitchen you will find everything you need to conjure up something at home (yes, at home😁). We felt very comfortable - for us there is now only one accommodation in Parma. :)

We had the best stay ever, thank you! We have a one year old and it was lovely to have clean towels every day, the flat is also really close to the swimming pool and the restaurant on site is definitely a plus. The flat was well maintained and everything was really clean. We hope to be back soon!

My husband and I stayed with Alice and her family on Valentine's Day weekend and we were pleasantly impressed by the attention to the customer, she provided us with many solutions for activities and restaurants to eat at. The studio was equipped with everything you need, studied in detail like all the lovely furniture. In the fridge there were all the products of their farm, each one better than the other (yogurt, panna cotta and puddings and milk of the highest mountain quality). A visit to their farm is a must, because it's really worth seeing the love and passion that the family puts into the business up close and, above all, a special thanks goes to Paolo, the owner and father of Alice, who enchanted us during the visit to the farm. What can I say, keep it up and you can't help but have super happy guests who are satisfied with everything you offer. The truly delicious and cozy spa is a treat to try

This beautiful, spotlessly clean, huge apartment is ideally located near wonderful restaurants, bars, shops, and historic attractions. Having secure, private parking for our rental car was a big plus. Communication with co-host Francesca was excellent— she was responsive and helpful throughout. This gorgeous apartment looked just like the photos and offered plenty of space to unwind from our busy touring schedule. Virtual key access worked wonderfully too. Highly recommended. We would love to return soon.

This penthouse was everything I hoped for and more. With stunning panoramic views, elegant decor, and a spacious private terrace, it felt like a dream. The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to everything. The host was kind and attentive, making the entire stay seamless. Very clean, I’d return in a heartbeat.
