Goed gelegen, op wandelafstand van centrum, makkelijk bereikbaar met auto, en toch rustig. Appartement beantwoordt volledig aan de beschrijving. Eigenaar is heel vriendelijk, en geeft tips en info over Neos Marmaras. Alle dagen wordt er gepoetst, en handdoeken worden ververst na 3 dagen. Dit appartement is een aanrader!

Περάσαμε εξαιρετικά εγώ και η κοπέλα μου, είναι το κατάλληλο μέρος να επισκεφθείς το φθινόπωρο. Σίγουρα αν ξανά έρθουμε ορεινή Χαλκιδική θα το προτιμήσουμε. Πολύ ευγενική η κοπέλα που μας υποδέχτηκε αλλά και η κοπέλα που έκανε το check-out. Ευχαριστούμε και την Βαγγελιώ που μας τακτοποίησε το δωμάτιο πριν την άφιξη μας. Μόνο μια μικρή παρατήρηση, η πίεση του νερού είναι μικρή. Κατά τα άλλα, όλα ήταν υπέροχα!! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ.

Quiet and remote location with fresh air and a bunch of different villages around with restaurants and shops if you might need one. It was our halfway stop to the mt. Athos and we've enjoyed thoroughly the two days we had at the place, being able to explore the beautiful surroundings just a short walk or a drive away. Thank you for the warm welcome:)

Me and a few friends spent a whole week at Giannis's place, mid-August (Kokkos Brothers Apartments). It was our first Greek experience, but I can safely say we really got the most out of Halkidiki, primarily due to his suggestions, tips & recommendations. First off, the neighborhood is perfectly placed in a quite area, so the loud & agitated Kallithea evenings won't affect your sleep. The accommodation is still close to the center (2-3 mins walk) & the beach (5 mins walk). KOKKOS BROTHERS Apartments have a nice patio with a freshly cut lawn, outside tables & chairs where you can have a nice breakfast alongside your travel buddies. I have absolutely nothing to criticize regarding the accommodation & amenities. Everything was spot on! There is also a grill which Giannis provided for us. We had a really nice barbecue on one of the final nights. To finalize I have to give Giannis 5 ***** when it comes to the hospitality part. We also helped out with some personal problems we had with our car.

An amazing place to stay. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Yiannis was very friendly anf helpful and helped us with anything we needed! Thankyou so much and I would reccomended anyone to stay here.

Wir hatten eine richtig tolle Woche in dieser Unterkunft. Von dort aus kann man zu einem der besten Strände zu Fuß gehen und alle anderen sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr freundliche und ruhige Atmosphäre und Alexander und seine Familie waren super hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich! Wir kommen gerne wieder :) liebe Grüße

We had a wonderful stay at this private accommodation in Sithonia. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the beach, allowing us to enjoy the sun and sea every day. Additionally, other beaches of interest are easily accessible, which was a big plus for us. The room we stayed in was extremely clean and well-maintained. The kitchenette was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare quick meals. We really appreciated the attention to detail and how everything was in impeccable condition. The pool was another highlight of our stay. It was clean and well-maintained, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach. The host was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing vacation in Sithonia!

It’s very nice place ,clean and very good location.. George is very kind and very friendly.. The place is very good and for sure if we go back in Chanioti we want to stay on that place :)

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Gute Lage zu nahegelegenen Stränden. Netter Vermieter und alles wie beschrieben :) zudem auch netterweise eine Weinflasche aufs Haus erhalten

We werden ontvangen door een supervriendelijke gastvrouw op een schitterende locatie gelegen aan een privéstrand, met een prachtig uitzicht op de berg Athos. Accomodaties was verzorgd en schoon. Klein, maar van alle gemakken voorzien voor een paar dagen. Leuk privé tuintje ook. Genoeg parkeergelegenheid en dichtbij de supermarkt en eetplekjes. Prijs:kwaliteit verhouding is uitstekend en met een huurauto zijn er genoeg prachtige strandjes te vinden in de omgeving.

George ve Angeliki harika insanlar. Yarımadada belki de bulup gidemeyeceğimiz pek çok yer tavsiye ettiler. Hanioti küçük bir yer. Keyifli mekanlar var. Halk plajının yanında organize plajlarda çok güzel vakit geçirebilirsiniz. VE Otel beklentimin üstünde çıktı. Çok sevimli bir yer. Oda fotoğraflardakinden daha geniş ve yatak kocaman. Yeterli dolap var. Balkon çok keyifli. Otelin bahçesi bakımlı ve mekan genelde tertemiz. Sadece Yorgo ve Angeliki’yi görmek için bile olsa tekrar buraya gidebilirim.

Great apartment, great hosts, chill atmosphere and boho vibe✨ Very relaxing place to be! Location is very good, many great beaches within 10min drive! It is a bit noisy because of the traffic outside, but it’s not a deal breaker! I would definitely recommend staying here for the holiday!

Super schöne Unterkunft. Unglaublicher Blick auf das Meer und die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt.

George ist ein sehr angenehmer und sympathischer Gastgeber. Wir haben uns bei ihm sehr wohl gefühlt!
