Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sitka

House was beautiful and absolutely as advertised. Dawn was very responsive. As soon as she heard we were bringing two infants with us, she went out of way to get two high chairs and cribs ready for us completely on her own accord. The house was fully baby proofed and spotless. Even left us a bowl of fresh quail eggs that the little guys (and all of us) loved. Great location, close to the grocery store, and only a short drive into town. Nice and peaceful with great views. Would happily stay here again in the future.

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay with lots of amenities! If you like to cook, you’ll find the kitchen very well stocked. Gorgeous views, huge deck, very spacious, top notch all around! Can’t wait to stay here again, the hosts were wonderful!

Wow! What an awesome place! The views were amazing and the place was very clean. This is my 3rd time to visit Sitka and this has definitely been the best rental property yet. The property had all the amenities you needed and more. The attention to detail was above and beyond. Very very comfortable beds that smelled like fresh laundry soap and a spacious kitchens with everything needed. If you’re staying in Sitka this property is a must try. Host responded to any questions quickly which was really nice too.

Kacey’s place was amazing! We had such a good stay. I love all the beautiful art displayed throughout the house. We really enjoyed our time in Sitka and were grateful to stay here!

Super responsive host, excellent communication, super friendly and great recommendations. House is super cute with everything you need (coffee, utensils, etc.). Centrally located - close to downtown and attractions (Totem Park, raptor center) and a grocery store. Super comfortable bed. Didn’t take advantage of the bikes but great touch for those wanting to explore a bit.

We felt very comfortable and cozy. The washer/dryer were a huge help and worked very well. The home being close to a grocery store was a big benefit and it is also very easy to walk to town or catch the bus. It is a much better value than local hotels and helps to escape the throngs of passengers from big cruise ships.

We loved our stay at Ryan and Greta's place! It was quiet and a close drive to everything we wanted to do in Sitka. We went to the grocery store and cooked in their place as well. Highly recommend staying here!

Great place to stay, and as described in the post. The host was available in person or by text anytime we had a question, but was otherwise very hands off. The place had amazing views of the ocean, surrounding islands, harbor, and local wildlife. We are a family of five, but had plenty of room to spread out. Ten out of ten will definitely stay there again!

Katy has a beautiful home and offers great amenities like binoculars to watch for wildlife right on the ocean and wood for a beach fire. She was quick to respond to any concerns we had and was accommodating to late checkouts. Great private location that feels like home when visiting Sitka.

Cayla was a lovely host and we had a great time getting to know her and her daughter. The apartment is spacious yet cozy and has everything you need. It’s a great location and you can walk almost anywhere in Sitka. The ducks and chickens in the back are fun to visit, especially with kids, and you really don’t hear the rooster. Cayla graciously left us books and toys for our son to play with during our stay. There was an issue with the kitchen sink and she took care of it right away. We had a wonderful time!

If you are visiting Sitka, this is your spot. We brought our toddler and it was so kid friendly. We got to borrow their 4Runner which is THE CAR to rent in Alaska. We walked all over Sitka and could quickly make it back to the rental for naptime. Tucked away yet centrally located! They have been very responsive to all of our questions and set us up for success. They also have a very friendly chicken who our baby just loved watching! Overall, we can’t wait to come back.

Our family had a wonderful stay. The home was perfect. We have 2 toddlers and the crib and portable high chair made travel so much easier. The basket of snacks and coffee was also an extra special touch. The location was perfect and so close to everything, although we still loved having a rental car to head out to lots of hiking options. Candace had amazing communication.
