Het huis ligt op loop afstand van hartje Sittard waar aan de Markt allerlei gastronomische eettenten en bistro's met gezellige terrasjes te vinden zijn. Loopt u het Pieterspad of bent u op fiets-toer door het mooie Limburgse heuvelland, dan is dit de uitgelezen plek om een tussenstop te maken. Ook voor het bijwonen van optredens die in zaal Volta gehouden worden, is dit adres op loopafstand. On the 1st floor are the living room with a big TV, safe and air conditioning, separate toilet and a kitchen with all amenities. Studio met een interieur waar een eigen touch aan gegeven is, omdat mijn hart ligt bij het inrichten en stylen van woningen. De studio is deel van een vroegere boerderij en is recent gerenoveerd. Authentieke details zijn bewaard gebleven. Het bos grenst aan de woning voor een lekkere verfrissende wandeling. Grote steden zijn goed bereikbaar en het prachtige heuvelland ligt in de nabije omgeving.De studio is gelegen aan een doorgaande weg.

Den die rad und Wandergebiet Brunsummerheide, Tevenerheide und Shopping Center Maastricht, Roermond liegen alle in unmittelbarer Nähe.( circa 20 min.)
