Very quaint little home. Everything was comfortable and homey. I did love the old hardwood flooring and the tile in the kitchen was the topper,loved it. We stayed there because we were going to the cavern and then back to see the bats at night. Was a perfect place that met our needs.

great place to disconnect from thebinternet and engage with family in a camping scenery. the drive up was niceee, the view was great. It did get super cold so we ended up camping inside our vehicle but no one has control of the weather. they even have sheds where you can place your tents under. It also had picnic table, lights, and water access. our host guided us to the restrooms and they were extremely clean. there were plenty of rocks to build a fire ring and the kids enjoyed it! overall if the weather had been warmer the overall stay would've been great, but like i said, host doesn't have control of the weather.

We were tired travelers passing through New Mexico on our way to Texas, and the sanctuary was a very welcome retreat. We were able to walk to the grocery store and get what we needed to cook a home cooked meal in the gourmet kitchen. Furnishings are beautiful and the king bed and soaking tub were so nice to have, even just for our one night stay.
