Achilleas is a great host, always smiling, welcomed us well and all the time he was at our disposal. The apartment was clean, has a wide terrace with sea views, the beds were very comfortable and had all kinds of amenities. The location is also very good- close to the beach and to the center. Mostimportantly, our pet was welcome and felt very good. We'd come back again.

Great and cozy place. The area is well maintained and has everything is needed. The house is clean and cozy. The host is very friendly and provides with all information very fast. We felt welcomed there. We are very grateful for communication and all support during our stay. The restaurant and store are few minutes away from the house. We had an amazing time at Kosta’s apartment! The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking ,waking up to the sound of the waves was unforgettable. The apartment is modern yet keeps the authentic Greek charm, which made our stay feel both comfortable and unique. Kosta was very responsive and helpful, and his family are incredibly kind and polite ,it made the whole experience even more special. The apartment was spotless, and you can literally swim right in front of it. There’s also a beach bar and several food options just 5–10 minutes away. Everything was exactly like in the pictures, if not better. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended – 100%! Thank you, Kosta, for everything!

Yoannis is a great host, with utmost responsiveness and relevance of responses. The place is as described, it is clean, and has all amenities for a comfortable living (including new soft towels which does not often happen). We had a minor issue with Airbnb showing an erroneous location, but now I see it has been revised. It is a relatively calm area, at night silence and sound of waves, with exception of the garbage truck which passes around 4am. I wrote some minor constructive suggestions to the owner separately, in simple good a faith; I took the time, because I find him a good and perceptive host. The price I paid was not some great bargain but was reasonable. Now, it all depends how it will change with time, so as always, one has to compare with others. What matters is the accuracy of the listing and responsiveness of the owners. So price aside, I recommend the accommodation and I would return.

Good value for money. Great location in Nea Skioni. Very close to restaurants/shops. Free parking just across the road. Good view from the shared balcony. Can be a bit noisy when sleeping - especially at the weekend. Air conditioning was good.

We had a pleasant and quiet stay at Constantinos place and recommend it. The two sleeping rooms and two bathrooms were our main priorities staying in Nikiti. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee was also available which is nice. Being a downstairs apartment has its advantage of being cool during the summer, but an air-conditioning was also available. The apartment is a couple of minutes walk to the beach with many restaurants and places to relax directly on the sand. But also easy to reach the beaches further south by car.

The location is very central, the beach and restaurants are 5 minutes away. A sparkling and spacious enough room and bathroom. We are very pleased. Nice to meet you. Thank you.

The house is very cozy, well-maintained and fully equipped. We received a very warm welcome from the hosts. They were very friendly and communicative and responded promptly to our messages and calls. They showed us around the house and explained how to use all the appliances. The area is very beautiful, quiet and safe. We had an amazing time. I highly recommend staying here.

We had a great time in the house of Periklis and his wife. The house is beautiful, the terrace, the garden and the private access to the water sensational. In the preseason, not everything was open all around, but we were looking for and found exactly that and the peace and quiet associated with it. We thank you for the hospitality we received! We had a wonderful time in Pyrgadikia. The apartment was beautiful and everything necessary was available. We were greeted with some food, fruit and water. Foteini took very good care of us and the place is enchanting. I'd love to come back.

Kosta is ana amazing host and if you like to have an amazing beachfront experience then this is the spot. The host provided beach towels an chairs for us to use. You will experience the most Unforgettable sunset at night on the porch of that house. Loved the vintage charm of this house an Kosta has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. Dimitris apartment had everything we needed. it's very close to the beach and many good restaurants and supermarket. ita also close to public transport. Dimitri was very responsive and answered any questions we had.

First of all the sea view was breathtaking, cannot say a bad word for it, the location is right on the beach and the sound of the waves at night is very calming. The apartment is spacious with three bedrooms and a large kitchen with dining table. There is a great looking green grass between the apartment and the beach. The beach itself is not sandy, its full of small stones but it didn`t mind us at all. There are cliffs in the water but in 10-15 meters since you past them the color of the water is magnificent. The car is parked on the street in front of the building below the shades from the trees and all of the sea equipment can be stashed in the ground floor so it is easily accessible anytime you go on the beach. Chrisa was our host and she was terrific. We had some issues that she promptly took care of and made our stay very pleasant. She is a person that takes great care for her guests. A small downside was the lack of sunbeds and a few unpleasant neighbors that lived there.

We spent a wonderful vacation in Argiri's accommodation from mid to late September 2024. With late summer weather luck🏖️☀️☀️ The property is located directly on the sea and is connected directly to the beach via a staircase. When the sea is calm, the nearby bays can be explored with the 2-seater kayak😃. It is a central starting point for exploring the Chalkidiki region. Very clean, simply furnished apartments off the beaten track. Approx. 15 min. from Nikiti.

Amazing apartment at a great location. The beach is in 10 meters and everything you need is at walkable distance. The apartment itself is even bigger in person than in the pictures. :) Alex was very kind and responsive!

We had a wonderful time and felt completely comfortable! The apartment was an absolute dream – very clean, tidy and furnished with great attention to detail. We particularly enjoyed the two wonderful balconies and the cozy bed, in which we slept wonderfully. The location was fantastic – quiet and yet well connected. First if all,i would like to thank Goerge and his family for great hospitality. Location is pefect for those who want a peace of mind. Pefrect sea view,really big terrasse for morning and evening relaxation. The place is very clean,comfy,has everything you need for a great vacation. Internet worked perfect all the time. I was staying here with my friend for a couple of days, and we had an amazing experience! The area is quiet, clean and the beach is just 5 minutes away! In there apartment we had everything you can think of and even more. It was very cozy, and we really enjoyed our time in this flat. Robert was very friendly, and always replied fast to us, and assisted whenever needed. Will definitely recommend to everyone! Thank you!
