The cozy house, newly built in 2021, is located in the middle of a beautiful olive grove. Central location but still ideal for peace seekers and nature lovers. Large terrace with private swimming pool and magnificent mountain views. Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The kilometer-long, fine sandy beach (Golden Beach) is within walking distance. Hospitable taverns, bakery and supermarket in the immediate vicinity. We are happy to give insider tips on excursions, restaurants, etc.

An open-plan living area features a dining table with white chairs and a serene kitchen with modern cabinetry. A comfortable seating area with a sofa is visible, along with large windows allowing natural light to fill the space. Mountain views can be glimpsed through the glass doors.

Also nearby at same distance there are SuperMarket, Restaurants, Pharmacy, Caffes. Parking space is for one car at house main entrance. There are 2 more beaches very close (150m -200m) accessible by foot. Both of our two balconies have Sea and Sunset view. This apartment is not available for parties. It has one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with one double sofa. The 2nd floor balcony offers a fantastic sea view from which you will enjoy the best sunsets you have seen.
