We had a wonderful time at Ljupkas. She and her mother have been so kind with us! We had a car accident and Ljupka spent a whole evening and next morning to help us with the police and translate for us. She has been the best and really is such a sweetheart we were so lucky!! The flat is great with a big terrace and only a few minutes away from the center! Really the best place in Kotor!!!

What a charming, thoughtfully furnished, equipped and well located flat in Perast. Nikola was incredibly helpful and very responsive to my questions. The stone walls of this lovely flat keep it nice and cool during these hot & sunny days (and there is a/c if needed). Everything is as described and shown in the photos and the central location is fantastic and just steps from the ferries to go to the nearby islands. Thank you so much for a very relaxing, effortless stay!

The apartment boasted a stunning view of the town below, truly a sight to behold. Located in a peaceful area, it offered a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the stay even more enjoyable. The accommodations were comfortable and well-appointed, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. It was a truly memorable experience and I highly recommend it.

Super close to the old town, and steak restaurant near by is good! Bedroom got nice and dim with the window shades and fan in room even though there was AC as well!

Our stay at Nikolas was amazing. It’s in such an incredible location, in a smaller bay, about 30 min walk from Kotor. The bay is arguably the best bit of Kotor for us, utterly stunning with a laid back vibe. Just 4 mins walk from beach and beach bar, where you can rent paddle boards. The best food from a resteraunt called moments too. The walk to Kotor is along the sea front, so it doesent feel long at all. Nikola was so helpful. He helped us register as tourists, gave daily recommendations and even helped us when we got a flat tyre!!! There was also wine and biscotti in the apartment upon arrival. His place is such great value for money and I would recommend to anyone staying in Kotor! Thank you Nikolas!!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit traumhafter Aussicht Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft! Die Aussicht von Terrasse und Balkon auf das Meer und den Pool war atemberaubend – wirklich ein Highlight. Morinj ist perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Kindern: Es gibt einen Stadtstrand mit Liegen für 5 €, aber auch einen ruhigeren Luxusstrand mit Bar und komfortableren Liegen für 20 €. Zwei schöne Cafés sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar – besonders zu empfehlen ist das Café direkt am Wasser: leckeres Essen, toller Kaffee und eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Alles, was man braucht, ist vor Ort: ein Supermarkt, ein kleiner Kiosk und zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung. Am Strand kann man Kajaks, SUPs oder Boote mieten – ideal für kleine Abenteuer auf dem Wasser. Das Essen war überall frisch und lecker. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können den Aufenthalt absolut empfehlen!

Wij zijn 4 dagen verbleven in de accommodatie, het was een prettig verblijf met een super uitzicht, heerlijk bed, mooie ruime badkamer en echt zeer makkelijk te vinden. Tijana was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam tijdens ons verblijf, ze gaf goede tips over de omgeving en reageerde snel. Ik raad deze accommodatie zeker aan als je in Tivat wilt verblijven.

We only have amazing things to say about Carol. She very kindly came to pick us up from the airport and stopped off at the supermarket before dropping us off at the apartment. We were so grateful. She gave us some great recommendations too. The apartment is right opposite a beach club which is brilliant. really lovely sunbeds and umbrellas (30 euros for a full day) but there's was also a public beach too for us to enjoy a dip if we didn't want to stay there for the whole day. The food at the beach club was also delicious. There are two amazing restaurants about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Klacken and a waterside oyster and mussels BBQ. Both were exceptional and incredibly fresh. Perast is a 2km walk away where there are multiple restaurants, all of them lovely. But the walk is on a main road by the apartment so be sure to get a taxi. We had such a wonderful stay. would definitely recommend to friends.

Daire çok merkezi konumda sahile ve Budva Kalesine yürüme mesafesi. Odalar ve Salon Geniş ve Büyük bir balkon mevcut. Ev sahibi geç saat vardığımız halde yardımcı oldu. Teşekkürler

Absolutely loved this place! Location was amazing as it was in the center of Budva. Walking distance to the water, restaurants, Old Town and activities. The view was spectacular! The restaurant on the bottom floor was delicious and affordable. I would stay here again if I visit Budva again!

Sanja şu ana kadar konakladığımız yerler arasında iletişimi en iyi olan ve en hızlı yanıt alabildiğimiz ev sahibi oldu. Ev görsellerdekiyle bire bir. Güzel ve rahat bir konaklama geçirdik. Ev konum itibariyle birçok yere gidebildiğimiz orta bir noktadaydı. Biz çok memnun kaldık, Sanja’ya teşekkür ederiz.

For a Roman, great, for a Spartan, heaven. Indulge, the organisation is perfect, the location magical - who even thinks about higher end in an OLD TOWN of a great city. Enjoy!

Het is een ruim en schoon appartement met alle voorzieningen. Een supermarkt en bakkerij zitten op 1 minuut lopen en er zitten een aantal restaurants in het dorp. Je kan gemakkelijk parkeren op een eigen plek. Igor reageert snel op berichten en is heel vriendelijk. Zeker een aanrader!

What an amazing place! Perfect location in the old town, a stunning place which was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed, hosts were responsive and helpful and amazing food nearby, couldn't fault it, would definitely stay again! :)

Loved staying at Marina's place - it's comfortable and clean with no frills. The area is calm and peaceful and the beach is a two minute walk from the apartment. Marina and her sweet son Relja made my husband and I and our two dogs feel right at home. Definitely plan on going back.

We loved our stay here - the apartment is in a quiet location up the hill from the sea. Geoff’s instructions helped us find it easily from Tivat Airport, where we’d hired a car. It has the most incredible view of the Bay which is probably one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever visited. We did a boat trip to the Blue Cave, submarine tunnels and Perast, took the Kotor cable car up the mountain, walked into Kotor a few times and generally enjoyed swimming in the sea, kayaking and paddle boarding. The only thing we weren’t keen on was the traffic so if you want to go anywhere, leave early and be prepared to queue! The little supermarket and bakery down the hill are great and there are several restaurants within a few minutes walk. We had a brilliant holiday, made easier by Geoff and Suzi’s helpful advice before and during our stay. Hope to return to Montenegro again!

Kruna and her family were super kind and helpful and their apartment was exactly as described - very clean, new, excellent amenities, well ventilated and amazing views. The price was more than fair and great value! I would recommend her place to anyone visiting Kotor.

Le séjour était merveilleux. L’hôte nous a proposé de venir nous chercher à la gare et de nous déposer à l’aéroport au retour. Le logement était super bien équipé, piscine très agréable, terrasse avec super vue sur les montagnes avec super coucher de soleil. La literie était aussi très confortable. Nous n’avons presque jamais croisé nos voisins avec qui nous partagions la piscine. Je recommande à 100% !!!!

Beautiful views, and a very clean and spacious apartment. Alex was great with communicating and provided detailed and clear institutions on the location. The apartment complex can be a little confusing with the numbers so the instructions were really appreciated. The view from the apartment is just incredible, be mindful that you are up high (hence the view) so lots of steps and on a hill, I wouldn't recommend for someone who struggles with lots of walking. The apartment has great air conditioning, really comfy beds, and just felt like home from home. The pool was a welcomed additional as the weather so really warm, nice pool area and again great views. We would definitely stay again. thanks

The spacious apartment is excellent with the most amazing view over Budva. It was a great location for a short break within an easy 10min walk of the old town. It is set on a short steep hill which wasn’t a problem for us. The first floor apartment overlooks a lovely pool. I highly recommend this apartment for a small group of guests. You will not be disappointed.

Ev sahibi ev icin her seyi dusunmus butun ihtiyaclarimiz hatta kahvelerimize kadar her seyimiz dusunulmustu. Cok guzel deneyimdi.

Tout a été parfait. Le logement est impeccable. La piscine a dépassé nos attentes et rendu notre séjour très agréable ! Il y a de plus un accès à la plage, à de bons restaurants et un supermarché à 5 minutes à pied ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
