Inside, you’ll find a combined dining and living room, open to the kitchen—a perfect gathering point with lots of natural light and vaulted ceilings, giving the space a spacious and airy feel without compromising acoustics. The house has three lovely bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with family bunk beds. Additionally, there are two lofts, one of which is equipped with a good mattress, providing extra sleeping space. The house also features a spacious bathroom and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Here, you’ll find everything you need for a worry-free holiday. The heat pump, with underfloor heating throughout the house, ensures a comfortable indoor climate year-round, and the electric car charging station takes care of all practical needs. From the covered wooden terrace, there is a nice view of the water. The house is newly painted inside and out and in good condition with a new bathroom. Brand new wooden floors and new windows. There is a dishwasher and the possibility to wash clothes. From the kitchen you can see the water while cooking and at the dining table there is plenty of space due to pull-out plates.
