Beautiful view of meadow and Mossø. Barbecue and large fire pit in the garden. We prioritize hygiene highly, and you can expect a newly cleaned apartment. Gudenå Annex

Relax with family in this peaceful home close to Gudenåen. We are a family of two adults, and our children, aged 4-10, who rent out our extra guest house/annex in the garden. You will enter inside our private garden, and will during your stay with us, sharing the garden with us as a common area. There is also the possibility that you can be a little more yourself, as you will have your own terrace attached to the annex. Of course, we respect it if you want it to be more private, but there may be children playing in the garden.😊

There is a 5-minute walk to the forest and the lake with a swimming bridge, canoe rental, mountain bike trails and hiking trails, as well as a 12-minute walk to the station with trains to Aarhus (15 minutes) Silkeborg and Copenhagen. It is 3 km to the E45. The apartment has a private entrance and consists of an entrance, living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and peaceful side, then “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our property from the 1870s and was originally an old stable, which we have lovingly restored over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg, and Skanderborg. The sky is high here, and if you like, our dog, Aggie, would love to greet you, just as our cat, chickens, and roosters are also very curious. We look forward to welcoming you 🤗
