The house was comfortable and the water views were peaceful.

I have stayed at the lakehouse for many years now and have always had a great experience. Amy keeps the house up well and every year there is an upgrade/renovation to look forward to. This year we enjoyed using the pedal boat, basketball hoop, dart games, and the many games for our toddler. The yard is perfect for our husky. We also enjoyed the local activities, including Green Lake State Park. The house is also clean and well kept, and Amy communicates well for any issues that may come up. We look forward to visiting again next year!

This was our second stay at this lakeside cottage…and we hope to return in the future. It’s a great location…right on the lake in a quiet neighborhood. The living space is comfortable, with lots of natural light.

The house is small and cozy, perfect for a couple. We loved it. The sunrise looking out the living room windows is phenomenal. The views of the lake are great. Non-stop fish jumping in the lake. Fishing from the dock was good. Caught a bass by the dock.

michael and his team were great this weekend! i rented this place for my best friends bach and they could not have all been more helpful!! whether it was suggestions of places to eat, things to do, best bars around there, whatever it was, michael has the answer and was so helpful. very accommodating and super helpful with the planning process and made my life a lot easier as the planner of the event! i definitely recommend his air bnb and would love to come back! thank you again for everything michael!!

Just returned home from our stay at Max’s home and it was absolutely gorgeous! We had a total of 9 guests (4 adults, 3 teenagers & 2 children) and there was plenty of space for all of us! This is by far the cleanest AirBNB I have ever stayed in. Our weather unfortunately was not the best so we did spend a bit more time indoors than anticipated but that was ok with me! The fire pit right on the lake was perfect and the upstairs deck was so relaxing (especially for morning coffee). Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen & dining space was top notch. I cannot recommend this property enough! You will not be disappointed!

Beautiful and comfortable lake house with a gorgeous view and easy access to the lake! The kitchen was was well stocked with ample space for our family. We woke up every morning to the sounds of the birds and the water. Carolyn's suggestions for things to do and places to eat were spot on. We loved the hike at Robert Treman state park, walking around the botanic gardens and a visit to the bird lab at Sapsucker woods. Dinner at Hazelnut Kitchen was a delicious treat as well as ice cream at the Cornell Dairy Barn. Overall, I highly recommend this house if you want a peaceful and restorative vacation.

What a beautiful location and very nice house. We didn't have any issues at all and hope we can come back in the future. The lake water was too cold for us to want to swim but we enjoyed the Jacuzzi and played card games on the balcony. The weather in June is perfection, the wineries and State parks nearby were so great, and the house itself had everything we needed. Thank you so much, Kate!

What a lovely stay! The cottage's location right on Keuka Lake was absolutely perfect, offering amazing wildlife and lake activity. We truly appreciated the privacy and genuine homey feel – made us feel immediately comfortable. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway. We'd definitely stay again!

The cottage and Kent, the host were amazing. The cottage is situated on a beautiful lake and looks even better in real life. Having breakfast on the peaceful patio was a dream. Kent is an incredibly kind and caring host. We loved meeting him and thank him for the wonderful weekend we had at his beautiful cottage.

Excellent stay! Really nice having water access and a yard for our dog to run around in! Place was well kept and the paddle boards and grill were in great shape.

We had an amazing stay! The property was clean, cozy and well appointed. We loved having our own private space to enjoy looking out at the lake on both the deck of the house and down by the water itself. So, wonderfully relaxing. We decided to make dinner ourselves one night to better enjoy our time at the house and it’s beautiful surroundings. The kitchen was well appointed and we had everything we needed including a grill in the yard. The home owner was very accessible and helpful when we had a few minor questions. The property itself was situated close enough to the town of Geneva for restaurants and the grocery store but also close to some unique wineries and breweries right nearby. (Side note: War Horse Brewery - Well worth checking out!) I would highly recommend staying at this property. We had a fantastic time. You won’t be disappointed!

This was a great place to stay for our weekend trip! The location was absolutely amazing, and we loved being able to fall asleep listening to the waves of the lake. We had more than enough room for the 4 of us!

The location was perfect to attend a wedding at Fountainbleu Inn (just a short walk to venue). Also, the location next to lake was wonderful. We had plenty of bedrooms with linens/towels and extras like trash bags, paper towels, toiletries, dish soap etc was very nice. The kitchen had what we needed to cook for 10+ people, except crock pot and griddle (which we brought from home). We enjoyed the hot tub and used the propane grill on the large deck. The owner stays close by and was in communication often.

John is the perfect host, I felt like a V-VIP. He made sure I was comfortable and was over and above helpful with every last detail. He has bikes for guests to get around on and would graciously pick me up when I got stuck down hill. He helped me with fires to enjoy the starry night sky, and escorted me to the cabin when I got back late after a wedding party. The cabin is delightful and serene, on the edge of his property looking into bright green trees. He’s got it set up for barbecues and has even put out sticks for marshmallow roasting. A cute outdoor shower, and an eco-toilet cabin behind the room. I enjoyed swimming in the lake, doing hikes at the National reserve & on the property, watching the cows on the pasture, star gazing, & trying out the local eatery spots. I highly recommend this elevated glamping experience with a host that will do anything in his power to make sure you’re happy.

This was a dreamy peaceful little place. It was a welcomed relaxing space as I just finished a year of teaching. It looked just like the photos. Had many things that one would need to enjoy your stay. I loved the updated touches and bathroom while still being a rustic cabin. The fire place is so cozy. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our stay was AMAZING! Cozy, rustic cabin in a secluded area. The hosts were responsive and very accommodating. We regret that we could only stay one night- definitely need to stay at least a long weekend to get the full experience!

Nancy’s cottage was perfect for our little family of 4. We enjoyed card games on the back porch, meals al fresco w a beautiful lake view, and of course roasting marshmallows in the fire pit at sunset. The cottage was intimate and cozy and we hope to return on a regular basis. Thank you Nancy for being inviting and more than accommodating.

We really enjoyed our stay at Todd’s place! It has a rustic feel and offered everything that is promised in the listing. Todd was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our experience and was quick to respond to any calls or texts. I would highly recommend this place to anyone considering a visit to the lake Oneida area.

Great Stay Great Cabin! Everything was clean we felt comfortable there. The hot tub was great after the 2.4 mile walk at Watkins glen. It was too cold for us to kayak but it was nice sitting by the water and chilling. Loved the sound of the water at night.

This was our second time now staying at Sherrys beautiful cabin. We love it here and we can’t wait to come back again soon. We are making this a tradition in our family coming to this amazing property. We had the most peaceful and wonderful weekend here and our dogs absolutely loved being off leash, exploring 200 private acres of land and swimming in the gorgeous pond. Thank you for having us and we can’t wait to come back.

We had such a great time here! Heidi’s place was clean and in a great location. We loved utilizing the dock and really appreciated all the personal touches that Heidi left for us!
