New cottage located 50 meters from the shore of Lake Vänern. Kitchen area with fridge, stove, microwave, fully equipped with porcelain, (no oven). Small living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and toilet. Air heat pump! Private outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent a wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Happy if the cottage is left cleaned, clean and tidy! Welcome!

This unique place has a style all its own that has emerged over the five years that we have been rebuilding the barn. High ceilings and plenty of space both inside and out. Everything is new and fresh. Perfect place for rest and recreation. It includes bicycles, kayaks and SUPs (2 of each) and the proximity to sports and outdoor life is good. This charming cottage has previously been rented out with good reviews – we are now new owners and look forward to welcoming both new and returning guests. The cottage is centrally located with a 4-minute walk to IKEA and Bergvik Shopping Center with several stores. You have your own private garden with a 25 m2 terrace with sun most of the day. The balcony is protected from view with a thuja hedge and a trellis wall. From the balcony, you have a small glimpse of Lake Vänern when you look over the hedge.
