Här råder lugnet på landet men det är korta avstånd till fina stränder, Malmö och Köpenhamn. Det är bara 10 min till färjan i Trelleborg. 2 gäster sover bekvämt i dubbelsängen men vi kan bädda med extramadrasser för upp till 4. Obs! Ovanvåningen är ett sovloft med en ganska smal och brant trappa upp. Egen uteplats och delad trädgård med värden. Välkommen❤️

I lugn miljö i en återvändsgränd finner du vårt nybyggda hus "Almost by the sea" med egen ingång från gatan och alla bekvämligheter. Du har bra pendlingsmöjligheter både till Malmö, Höllviken och Trelleborg samt gratis parkeringsmöjligheter endast några meter bort. Egen uteplats i väster där du kan njuta av solen större delen av dagen och närhet till Kämpinge strand. Luftkonditionering med behagligt inomhusklimat vinter som sommar. Närhet till restauranger och mysiga utflyktsmål.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Ta en kort promenad till stranden eller skogen! Finns bra med butiker och ett litet kokvrå att göra er egen mat. Vill man hellre äta ute ligger centrum en bit bort med stort utbud utav olika sorters restauranger. En idyll och få uppleva den svenska sommaren på bästa möjliga vis! Då vi själva bor i huset bredvid stugan och området är väldigt lugnt så accepteras inte några fester eller högljudda tillställningar under några omständigheter.

A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees.
