A single dwelling rental is rented for short-term rentals. Approx. 40 sqm. The residence is located on Heistad in Porsgrunn with good bus connections to Porsgrunn center and Herøya industrial area. It takes approx. 10 minutes drive to Porsgrunn city centre. Possibly possibility of parking in the courtyard. Combined living room/bedroom, but separated by large shelf and curtain that closes for light. Short distance to the coastal path, beach and sports facilities. Grocery store in walking distance from the apartment.

Welcome to our great 2 bedroom apartment with 6 beds. One bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with large double bed and sofa bed. The location is ideal with proximity to shops, eateries, train station, cinema and library. - 0.2 km to Sunday open grocery store (Joker) - 0.3-0.5 km to the street kitchen, sushi restaurant and pizza restaurant - 0.6 km to Lietorvet shopping center with wine monopoly - 0.5 km to the train station - 1 km to the city center with many good restaurants and shops.

Flott enebolig i Skien sentrum! Veldig sentralt og samtidig i rolig strøk med privatvei uten gjennomgående trafikk. Gåavstand til det meste. 2min å gå til Skien togstasjon, 5 min å gå til Skien sentrum, 3 min å gå til søndagsåpen Joker, 1 min å gå til busstopp Huset har alt du trenger av kjøkkenutstyr. Sengetøy og håndklær er inkludert. Huset har også vaskemaskin som kan benyttes. Dersom det er behov for leie av bil under oppholdet, så har jeg en bil som kan leies med huset for ekstra kostnad

The apartment is newly refurbished in a retro style and includes: - Kitchen with stove, fridge, washing machine and otherwise all one needs to make one's own meals - Bedroom with double bed. -Balcony The hosts live in an apartment next-door and are largely available.

Nice apartment at a nice price + free parking/wifi

Large (70m2), 2 bedroom appartment at reasonnable rate with free parking, TV channels and wireless wifi. Separate entrance, parking space and outside area with furnitures. First floor in two floor house and very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to food store, shopping mall, recreation area and bus stop. We always do thorough cleaning before arrival of new guests and execute contactfree check-in and out by use of a key box. Welcome :)

Cozy apartment with river view

Hyggelig og moderne leilighet med kort vei til Skien sentrum. Porsgrunn er bare en liten tur unna. Kollektivtrafikk rett på utsiden. Nydelig utsikt til elva i fra en romslig balkong. Jeg bor selv i leiligheten og stortrives. Jeg leier den ut ofte da jeg er mye ute og reiser så tilgjengelighet vil variere. Når dere leier har jeg selvfølgelig ikke tilgang til leiligheten.
