TV is in the house. 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. There is a stove, oven, microwave. Refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and coffee maker. As the only unique guest, you can enjoy the tranquility and the beauty that surrounds Lilla Lyngabo. Despite the seclusion, it is only 2 km to the nearest golf course, 4 km to the sea and 10 km to central Halmstad and Tylösand. Haverdal Nature Reserve with Scandinavia's highest sand dune and beautiful hiking trails can be found on your way to the sea.

About 8 km from Falkenberg's center and 500 meters to the beach, the cottage is beautifully situated in a quiet rural environment. As a guest, you live separately from the family's/landlord's home with your own entrance where you have access to part of a large garden and orangery with patio. A few kilometers away is a wide range of restaurants, cafes, farm shops and all the fantastic things Falkenberg has to offer. Warmly welcome!

Quiet and peaceful accommodation with Suseån as the plot border. There is a balcony, large terrace, private jetty and barbecue area. The house is newly renovated and has three bedrooms. NEW 2025! Two single beds where before there was only one single bed in the upstairs bedroom. NEW 2024! Two Standup paddleboards! NEW 2023! We now have three canoes available for rent! Bicycles are included and there are various walking trails nearby. It is about 3.5 km from the sea and 9 km to Falkenberg city center.

En skogsupplevelse utöver det vanliga mitt i Halland med närhet till både hav och sjö. Förutom ett och annat får ligger det helt för sig självt i en liten skogsdunge. Fully equipped kitchen with steam oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and all the kitchen equipment you need. In the fully tiled bathroom, there is a washing machine. Jacuzzi (bathing fee 200 SEK/day).
