That together with its own outdoor spa and well selected material choices make the house quite unique. 5 bedrooms and kitchen in an open plan with the living room. Outside the house, the cross-country ski and scooter tracks pass by in the winter, and about 200 meters away, the ski and swimming bus stop. During the winter season, the house is only rented weekly with Saturday as a changeover day. During the winter season (full week) cleaning is included on departure in the price.

In the beautiful village of Fjällbäcken in Lindvallen is our apartment. In the area there is a pool and paddle tennis court (the pool's opening hours are June-August). Fjällbäcken is a newly built area in 2024 and our apartment is located about 250 meters from the new lift Söderåsen Express (with heated seats, etc.). From here you can reach all the slopes in Lindvallen. Most things you will find in walking distance such as Experium with water park, spa, bowling, restaurants and shops. Also proximity to cross-country trails, hiking trails, climbing park and bike paths/trail.

Gubbmyren's cross-country ski track is only 100 meters from the house with loops of 5, 7 and 10 km. Nice cross-country trails at Gubbmyren, within walking distance. To Lindvallens ski slopes and shops, it is 3 km, there is a large Ica store, shops and restaurants. We rent only to well-behaved people. You must be over 25 years old, animal- and smoke-free. No partying. Here, the whole family can fit and can enjoy and socialize. We are renting out our apartment in Lindvallen. The apartment is located next door to Olarsgården in Lindvallen. To the lift (300 m) and service it is only a few minutes walk to Sälfjällstorg's range of services, restaurants and entertainment. The property is of very good standard and has everything needed for comfortable self-catering. Possibility to rent bed linen is available (100 SEK/person).
