Rental part in beach villa 30 m at Kalvsjön's eastern side, which gives a beautiful sunset. A nice beach in the summer with a lakeside sauna. Ice fishing or cross-country skiing in the winter. 13 km from central Järvsö, where, for example, Järvzoo and Järvsö mountain bike park/alpine slalom hill are located. The accommodation is a private basement, the host lives on the upper floor. There is kitchenware, a kitchenette and coffee maker as well as a fireplace. Cozy farmhouse near forest and lake

Vi har renoverat vårt gårdshus med kunskap om byggnadsvård, miljö och hållbarhet. Äggoljetemperans vackra kulörer pryder väggarna och äkta linoljefärg är en självklarhet i ett hus från sent 1800-tal. Fina kakelugnar värmer skönt och köket är stort och rymligt Vintertid finns fina förutsättningar för skidåkning för längd och utförsåkning vid Romme alpin. En c:a 8 km lång skridskobana plogas på vår sjö med anslutning c:a 100 meter från gården. Huset är beläget nära städerna Falun och Borlänge.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Welcome to our newly-built cottage located on our farm centrally on Sollerön, the island of the sun. Here you will live cozily and with a beautiful environment. The cottage has two bedrooms, kitchen and living room in one and bathroom. Floor heating. There is always coffee and tea in the pantry when you arrive. Just a stone's throw from the farm is the well-stocked grocery store. Just 5 km away is Gesundaberget where you can go cross-country skiing and slalom or visit Santa's Land.

Welcome to a newly built (2018), charming house between Mora and Orsa with a high standard for the whole family in the heart of Dalarna. Wonderful views of Lake Orsa and the blurry mountains. Middle of nature, close to swimming, skiing experiences and adventures. Now the spa department is ready for use. Price not included in regular rent. Although the house is located in the nice and quiet area, it is only 5 minutes to the hospital and 8 minutes to the shopping center.

Quality living in a quiet place with lot's of opportunities in the winter like slalom, cross-countryskiing, skating or take a sauna bath. In the summer you can use the rowing boat for fishing, take a swim from the private pontoon in to the lake or relaxing on the veranda or the greenhouse. Perfect place for family and friends. A big modern kitchen and a living room with a lot's of space. The house is close to Järvsö, the Bike Park and Järvzoo.

Here you live in a cozy timber house from 1909 with modern amenities. Walking distance to Ludvika's range of shops and restaurants. In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 minutes away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.
