Apartment Henna 2 is newly renovated and modern, and it is situated in more than 160 years old Villa. Apartment offers accomodation for two people, with private bathrom and kitchen with all neessary kitchen utensils. It is located only 10 minutes walking distance from the city center where are all historical attractions. Same as souvenir shops, bars and restaurants. And 15-20 min walking from beahes.

Villa Alba je kuća za odmor, na istočnoj obali Istre s tri spavaće sobe, prostranim dnevnim boravkom, grijanim bazenom, natkrivenom ljetnom kuhinjom. Ima 5 zvjezdica. Nalazi se u prirodnom, mirnom okruženju, zadovoljiti će sve one koji se žele opustiti i uživati u krugu obitelji ili prijatelja. Samostojeća kuća sagrađena 1890 godine potpuno je obnovljena za ugodan boravak u opuštajućem okruženju. Nalazi se na istočnoj obali Istre, u mirnom selu udaljenom 15 km od Labina i najbliže zračne luke Pula 45 km. This unique place has a style of it's own, just renovated in 2024 from an old 1926 Istrian type stone house. The house features old-meets-new modern style dominated by local stone, concrete, oak and steel. For 2025 the house will be equiped with stunning black tile perimeter pool that overflows to all four sides. Casa Molá is located in a quiet area mostly surrounded by few houses and mostly nature, accessible to local natural pebble beach in just a 10-minute easy walk through a pine forest.

The kitchen is new and fully equipped ( microwave oven, 4 cooking plates, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, fridge and freezer). The house has two comfortable double bed bedrooms .

Bellevue studio

Studio apartment with the balcony facing the sea front, beautiful panoramic view and the sea view from the bed. Studio is part of the Bellevue house. In the garden there is a grill. Parking free in front of the house. Nice and easy walk to the sea, or even longer walks by the sea.Nice, cristal clear sea water , shoes for swimming good to have. Labin is about 13 km. away. Interesting is the old town, on tuesday evening, free guided tour.

App Sun, 70m from beach

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Recently renovated bungalow is located in a calm and tranquil village Ravni (cca 10 km from Labin and 15 km from Rabac). It lies in the first row, surrounded with greenery and it offers a beautiful sea view not far from the beach (6 min by foot).
