Villa Domenica Medellin 5 is a new villa with modern design and luxurious furnishings. There are 5 bedrooms with king size double beds. Each bedroom has its own toilet, shower, wardrobe, flat screen TV, air conditioning. On the ground floor there is a closed spa area with a sauna, jacuzzi, bathroom and shower. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and utensils (Villeroy & Boch). Refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, mixer.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. Spacious and air conditioned apartment for 6, with a large front terrace and spectacular views over the Rabac bay. Apartment occupies the first floor of our villa and - apart from the front terrace - has one side terrace and a private garden, with a BBQ. Our villa is at the end of a residential street and is surrounded by lush Mediterranean gardens, with olive, lemon, clementine, fig and kiwi trees.
