"Bua" in maritime surroundings!

Welcome to "the cabin" at Hvalstrand jetty! Bua is a cozy little cabin located on Hvaler's perhaps most charming marina. Here it is quiet and peaceful while you get a taste of the boat life. The house is located in connection with the boat docks, so you can expect to meet people who vacation in their boats. There are swimming facilities on site with a swimming ladder at the end of the boat dock. The surroundings consist of a lot of beautiful nature with forests, trails and mountains. Large open concept living room and kitchen. Very sunny and sheltered. Parking on the property. Three bedrooms, one with a 180 cm bed, one room with a bunk bed (2 sleeping places) and a room with a 120 cm bed. No running water in the cabin. Water is available from a cistern that is filled with rainwater. Drinking water is available in the cabin. Cinderella incineration toilet. For the children: Trampoline, sand box, private wooden play house with slide, zip line. Remember to bring your own bedding/towels.

Bryggerhuset at Spjærøy, Hvaler

Cozy little holiday home on Spjærøy on Hvaler. The brewery house is part of an old small farm and the hosts live in the main house. Here, you can enjoy quiet and peaceful days in the garden, or go for a walk to the lake. Both Spjærekilen with good bathing opportunities and Kjellvika is within walking distance. Generally good hiking opportunities. Whether you want to enjoy the quiet days or want to explore Hvaler, this is a nice base. Shops about 5 km away. We have 7 happy hens that partly roam freely.

Holiday apartment by the lake, Hvaler

From this apartment centrally located on Hvaler, you have immediate proximity to the lake and great archipelago nature. At the marina there are guest places for boats for a fee (guests must check for availability) This is an excellent starting point for paddling, surfing or other water sports activities. Ytre Hvaler National Park, with great hiking areas and coastal trails, is about 1 km away. There is also a small sandy beach 100 m from the house. There is a kiosk, restaurant and marina in the area.

A small and charming house by the sea

The house is located 40 meters from the sea and offers a stunning view of Vestfold. Here you can enjoy a hot tub, barbecuing with a gas grill, a covered seating area, and some amazing sunsets. It's about a 2-minute walk down to the beach, where you can swim, dive, and jump off the jetty, or enjoy a long, beautiful sandbar that the kids love. Inside, there are most of the amenities, and the view of the fjord is just as good from the sofa. The house is located near the end of a dead-end road.

The place is perfectly located between Fredrikstad, Halden, the Swedish coast and Vestfold. You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.
