Taberg, 15 minutes bike ride away, has a nature reserve with several hiking trails. Jönköping is 15 km away. The property has its own private patio.

Up in the garden overlooking Näs Manor and Nässjön is Villa Näs. A modern home in a rural and scenic environment. The house, which is secluded, has a large and lovely garden with sun all day. With nature around the corner, you can relax in this peaceful accommodation and cool off in the summer heat in nearby ponds with a jetty and sauna about 100 meters from the accommodation. The cottage is completely renovated with a fireplace on the lower floor, there is a dining table, kitchen, toilet and a sofa bed as well as an exit to a large outdoor patio. Spiral staircase to get to the upper floor where there are 4 beds, wardrobes and a small desk and a couple of armchairs.

The property offers a private beach with a jetty for swimming, and a wood-fired sauna right on the lake. The forest is just outside the doorstep, so it is suitable for mushroom and berry pickers. The lake also offers good fishing for those interested (perch, pike and zander) - or why not go canoeing.
