Martin city center is just a few minutes by car, you can also walk, or use public transport, which you have a short distance from the apartment. A cozy separate apartment with a fireplace in a new family house is located in the village of Sučany, just a few minutes from the city center, ski resorts, beautiful nature suitable for hiking, cycling, mushroom picking, fishing, or swimming in nature or in aquaparks. You can sit in the warm weather in the garden with the possibility of barbecue, or in the cold weather by the fireplace, use the infrared sauna for 2 people. Also there is a travel cot (3rd person), massage services. Infrared sauna and wood is for a fee of 5€/day.

The view of the mountains "enters" the living room:) You can park your car on the property. The sauna and fireplace are free ,the 2x jacuzzi ( wood hot tub) paid extra. You can reach Gubałówka on foot(1 hour) and go by ropeway to Krupówki (4 minutes). Surroundings: hiking and cycling routes, ski slops!
