Great house with its own quay and boathouse. The property also has its own outdoor sauna. Lots of equipment that can be used such as bicycles, pizza oven in the boathouse, fire pan by the lake, including a boat (6 hp). The house is otherwise fully equipped with everything you need. Short distance to Molde, the Atlantic Road, Trollstigen and Geiranger. Here you will find peace and a good atmosphere for everyone. Good parking space. We have two other boats that can be rented. One is a 16-foot with 25 hp and the other is a 17-foot Buster X bowrider with 70 hp. See pictures

There is a short distance to Trollstigen, Åndalsnes, Molde and Ålesund. Fantastic hiking opportunities and nature experiences are available nearby. Private beach is included. The waterfront house has a loft in addition to the two bedrooms. The loft has two mattresses of 120 cm x 200 cm. There is a freezer. There is a heat pump for heating and cooling.

Here you can enjoy a rural setting with a short distance to the hiking trails for the mountains, relax on the terrace, fishing, or take a walk on Folkestadsetra with good swimming and barbecue possibilities. If you want a day trip to famous attractions, you can drive to Geiranger, Via Ferrata & Loen Skylift, Kannesteinen, Refviksanden, Krakenes Lighthouse, Hakallegarden or the Alps. Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Welcome!

Cozy holiday home with amazing views of Hjørundfjorden. Several patios/terraces, fire pit and barbecue. Outdoor jacuzzi for 5-6 people. The house is located 35m from the parking lot in sloping terrain. Small sandy beach and common barbecue/outdoor area nearby. 400 m to Sæbø center with grocery stores, niche stores, hotels and campsite. Motorboat can be rented at an additional cost, floating jetty 50m from the house. Please let us know before arrival if boat rental is applicable.

Fantastisk sommerhus ved sjøen. Oppvarmet basseng, utendørs boblebad, 2 havkajakker, fiskeutstyr. Dette er plassen for familier som virkelig vil kose seg. Naust rett ved huset. Masse uteplass. Skyvetak på bassenget, så kan brukes og ved dårlig vær. Holder 27 grader. Fiske i sjøen utenfor huset er veldig bra. Og en liten lakseelv 500 meter fra huset. Nytt- Kan leie båt.
