Excellent séjour en famille à la Villa Aerin ! Nous étions 6 (3 couples) et avons chacun pu avoir notre espace, tout en profitant de grands espaces commun (salon et extérieur). La maison est situé très au calme (très retirée de la ville), elle est bien équipée et très propre / récente. Maria (de la conciergerie) a été tout simplement parfaite ! Très accomodante, très gentille, très disponible, MERCI ! Le mauvais temps et la température (début mai) ne nous a malheureusement pas permis de profiter de la piscine, mais elle était très propre et donnait vraiment envie. Seul bémol : être au calme signifie très souvent être un peu loin des villes : Réthymnon (la grande ville la plus proche) est a environ 20-30 min de route. Pour les courses, il faut simplement s'organiser pour ne pas avoir à y aller tous les jours.

I can’t recommend the apartment enough. It was the best equipped rental I have ever stayed in and the location is beyond fabulous. A few steps down to the beach, the views from the terrace, 2 mins away from a handful of great restaurants, a cafe right next door and 15 mins walk into the main town. It has everything for a relaxed stay but everything on your doorstep when you want it. The house is as the photos depict - stylish and luxurious. A stay here will not disappoint! Loved every moment of it and wonderful hosts.

We hebben enorm genoten van onze vakantie bij Kostas. De accommodatie is nog mooier in het echt dan op de foto’s. Het is een prachtige, ruime villa met een grote tuin eromheen + eigen zwembad. De communicatie met Kostas verliep goed. Hij wilde graag helpen. De accommodatie was schoon en had verschillende voorzieningen. Na twee dagen had ik helaas allemaal bultjes op mijn benen wat leek op vlooienbeten (vermoedelijk van de katten die ‘s nachts op de stoelen liggen). Ik heb Kostas hierover bericht en hij schakelde meteen een bestrijdingsdienst in. Dit werd erg gewaardeerd. Daarna geen last meer gehad van deze beten. We zouden de accommodatie van Kostas zeker aanbevelen!

Zusammenfassend können wir die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Wir waren 3 kleine Familien mit insgesamt 4 Kindern. Das Haus und das Grundstück waren sehr gepflegt. Der Außenbereich mit Pool und großen Garten lädt ein für entspannte Tage am Pool und entspanntes Beisammensitzen. Die Lage ist ruhig und man ist auf ein Auto angewiesen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft zu 100% weiter. Tolle Gastgeberin.

For us as a young family, this was a perfect home away from home which is exactly what we look for on AirBnB. We have a 2 year old daughter and look for a family friendly space where we can relax in peace with our safety in mind. From start to finish Christos was so helpful in every aspect of our stay. He made us aware of everything we needed during our stay and even popped in to meet us which was a lovely touch. The villa was more than adequate for our needs and could easily take more guests and still feel comfortable. We would definitely stay with Christos again. The villa was situated in a small quiet village set around 10/15minutes away from the busier town areas which gave us the flexibility by car to never be too far away from our home comforts. It was a beautiful location that meant a choice to stay at ‘home’ was a relaxing alternative to cook and enjoy the pool and bbq in the large gardens. Christos even helped our daughter with his own family doctor one day. Superhost.

Wir sind mit Freunden und Babys (insgesamt 4 Erwachsene und 2 Babys (8&10 Monate alt)) in die Villa zu Savas & Maria gereist und die Villa war traumhaft schön (noch schöner als auf den Fotos)! Für unsere Reisegruppe war die Villa einfach nur perfekt, wir hatten unsere Ruhe, konnten entspannen und die Kinder hatten auf der Riesen Terrasse genug Platz zum Spielen. Savas & Maria haben dankenswerterweise für unsere Kids alles nötige zur Verfügung gestellt (Babybett, Babystühle, einen kleinen aufblasbaren Pool und jede Menge Spielzeug). Sauberkeit wird in der Villa großgeschrieben, uns wurde die Villa in einwandfreiem Zustand übergeben! Abgerundet wurde die Villa abends durch die überwältigende Sonnenuntergänge! Savas & Maria waren äußert kommunikativ, haben uns super Empfehlungen gegeben und jederzeit erreichbar! Wir möchten uns ausdrücklich nochmal für eure Herzlichkeit, Gastfreundschaft und einem traumhaften Aufenthalt bedanken! Wenn wir wieder nach Kreta kommen, dann zu euch!

Wir waren als Gruppe mit 8 Personen (4 Paare) unterwegs und waren durchweg begeistert von der Unterkunft. Die Villa entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen und ist ideal zum Entspannen, Spaß haben und um Zeit mit Freunden zu verbringen. Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig inmitten der Hügel mit einzigartigem Blick auf das offene Meer. Von der Straße hört man, auch wenn man am Pool liegt, wenig bis gar nichts. Nach einer kleinen Herausforderungen zum Start, da die Vormieter den Schlüssel nicht wie vereinbart in der Schlüsselbox hinterlegt hatten, konnten wir die Zeit sehr genießen. Hier hat die Kommunikation mit Stelios und seinem Team super funktioniert und es konnte alles schnell gelöst werden. Alles in allem war es ein super Aufenthalt und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Highlight ist natürlich auch der Holzkohlegrill, der eigentlich täglich zum Einsatz gekommen ist. Fazit: Absolute Empfehlung!

This place is a treasure. The views from the living room and kitchen are spectacular. The house has many clever features that are well designed. The area around Almyrida is fun to explore--go down to the beach or on a hike along the coast. Almyrida is a cute beach town, very welcoming. And we did several further from the town adventures. We had no idea that Crete has so much to offer--pottery in Margarites, beautiful beaches, intense hikes, exceptional museums, exploring Hania's historic streets. The property management team were wonderful to interact with. We felt so fortunate to find such a gem. Thank you!!! We sure hope we can return.

We loved staying at Petros's place. The location is picture perfect and completely serene, coupled with the stunning views - perfect getaway gem. The villa is beautifully designed with lots of places to explore and hang out in. Petros is very accommodating and all around helpful from assisting us in setting up the outdoor speakers to offering to make restaurant reservations on our behalf. We had an absolutely amazing time and hope to stay at the villa again when we come back to Crete. Highly recommend!

Das tolle Haus, mit dem Pool befindet sich in einer unglaublich schönen, ruhigen Umgebung. Man ist sehr privat. Wir ( 6 Personen) haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Fotos sind real. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich mit frischem Obst, besonders lecker die Zitronen, und frischem Wasser. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Es ist ein Luxus, dass jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad hat. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch, ebenso der Sternenhimmel jede Nacht. Restaurants sind in 10 min zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Christos und Giorgos sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war schnell und unkompliziert. Ein wirklich schöner Urlaub zum abschalten und genießen.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! The house is truly luxurious, in perfect condition, and tastefully designed with great attention to detail. The layout of the rooms is simply brilliant — spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. The heated pool was one of our favorite features — always at the perfect temperature to cool down and unwind at any time of the day. The location couldn’t be better: just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, where you’ll find plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and shops. A very special thank you to our amazing hosts! They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always just a message away. Every little question or request was answered within minutes — we felt truly taken care of from the very first moment. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très agréable, conçue avec beaucoup de goût, dans un environnement très paisible (et à la fois très proche du centre ville), avec une vue incroyable. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter l’ouest de l’île. Maria, l’hôte de la maison, est très agréable, disponible/ réactif. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison

This is a 10/10 Villa. We have travelled a lot and this is by far the best Villa we have stayed in. We were a family of 9 (5 adults and 4 children aged 2, 4, 9 and 11). The views are stunning, the pool is big, all the rooms have private bathroom. Jacuzzi is also perfect for when the sun goes down! Theo was a wonderful host helping us, giving good recommendations and suprising as with some nice gestures. This Villa really is a Gem as the name suggests. As for the surroundings - it is 100% private! For me the best part was that there is a nice local village to walk to every night. There are some amazing Tavernas/Restaurants with delicious food and reasonable prices (also a mini-market). There is also a nice beach with a good restaurant and a nice cozy beach bar - it is only a 10 minute walk from the villa. And if you rent a car then it is a 10 minute ride to the Rethymnon old town, which is also a very nice place with lots of shops and restaurants. The Villa was worth every euro!

Excellent séjour réalisé en famille, un vrai plaisir d'avoir découvrir la Crête et de se poser au logement et dans la piscine matin et soir (et même quelques midi😉). Prestations a la hauteur du lieu. Une vue splendide et au calme. Pensez à anticiper les déplacements pour les visites car il faut prendre la route dès que l'on veux faire une visite, cependant le centre ville, les plages et un très bon resto accessible a pied, le pur bonheur! Un grand merci à l'hôte et aux différentes équipes de service qui facilite notre séjour. Je valide!

We had a wonderful stay at this stunning villa. So tranquil, we all loved it. It was well designed and we had everything we needed for our nine day stay. The owners were very quick to respond to a couple of queries we had. One of the best Airbnb we have stayed at. We will definitely be back

We only have positive things to say about our stay at this Villa! Manolis and Zania were extremely friendly, helpful and were gracious enough to greet us upon arrival. They even filled the refrigerator with groceries for us. Everything was as advertised on the website . We loved swimming in the pool, played ping-pong and basketball almost every day . Each room had one large TV, a comfortable bed, fresh clean linens and large windows with a view of the beautiful yard. We also loved the fact that there was a washer and dryer. Everything was also within proximity; from beaches to Rethymno city centre, supermarkets and local taverns . We would highly recommend this Airbnb to any large group of people staying in Crete. This definitely won’t be the last time we stay at this villa. Thanks again Manoli and Zania for making our vacation unforgettable. Till next time!

Best Villa We’ve Ever Stayed In!! This villa is just on another level Everything is so beautifully designed and thought out. There’s a huge 100 sqm outdoor infinity pool, plus an indoor heated pool on the lower level that also has a sauna, a fully equipped gym, and a cozy family area with a big-screen TV and PlayStation—our kids loved it. All six bedrooms are full master suites with their own bathrooms, perfect for our group (ages 5 to 80!). Everyone had their own comfortable space. There’s also a full-sized kitchen inside, plus another fully equipped outdoor kitchen and a great BBQ station. The rooftop has a jacuzzi and a great seating area, and the ground floor has a fire pit with another chill-out spot. Every detail is spot on. And the hosts… honestly, they’re the best and kindest people we’ve met. So warm, generous, and welcoming. They surprised us with local treats, helped with anything we needed. Just amazing people with big hearts. Can’t wait to come back

Super lieve mensen. Alles was goed geregeld. Ondanks de zandstorm hebben ze echt een top service gegeven. We kregen er als sorry zelfs pizza voor terug terwijl ze er niks aan konden doen. Heel lief. Zeker een villa om een keer naar toe te gaan.

Mehr geht einfach nicht! Die Villa ist schöner als auf den Bildern! Es ist einer der schönsten Orte, eins der schönsten Häuser und einer der besten Ecke auf Kreta! Allerdings muss man mit sich selbst etwas anfangen können, denn es ist wenig drum herum los. Aber so etwas hochwertiges haben wir selten gesehen! Alle Materialien des Hauses sind so toll zusammen ausgesucht und es ist einfach nur wunderschön 🤩

The host was very proactive & kept good communication with us throughout our stay in the villa. The host was on hand when we landed at 2am in the morning to help us locate the villa. The villa was lovely and clean on arrival with a massive garden. Information was also provided about any potential activities within the local area.

Vietimme erittäin mukavan loman täällä perheen kanssa. Huvila vastaa täysin kuvausta, se on jopa hienompi paikan päällä. Yksityinen iso uima-allas, jossa lapsille matala osa lapsille ja lisäksi vielä lämmitetty poreallas. Aikaisemmissa arvosteluissa jo varmaan tärkeimmät asiat sanottu, mutta erityisesti arvostimme sitä, että jokaisessa huoneessa on oma WC ja suihku sekä terassilla on vesiautomaatti, joten pullovesien ostamiselle ei ole tarvetta. Asunto oli todella puhdas ja vuokraan kuuluu välisiivous. Auto on pakollinen. Emme keksi mukavampaa paikkaa viettää lomaa perheen kanssa. Valia ja Thinkvillan tiimi hoitivat kaikki todella ammattimaisesti ja ystävällisesti. Margareta piti meistä huolta koko lomamme ajan. Olemme onnekkaita, että löysimme tämän villan.

The Villa is absolutely stunning it had everything you could possibly want, very clean and spacious with all quality modern fixtures and fittings throughout. My children especially loved the pool and hot tub which were cleaned throughout the week. The area was nice and peaceful very close to the beach, had restaurants and a super market within walking distance. About a 10 minute cab ride to plenty more bars and restaurants. The host was lovely very welcoming, she was there to meet us on arrival, was very approachable always contactable and very knowledgeable about the local area. The host couldn’t do enough for you even stocking the fridge with some essential groceries which I thought was very nice touch. Even brought us a handmade gift when we were leaving which was so thoughtful. Would definitely use this Villa again and would recommend to anyone.
