The cottage is quietly located on a cul-de-sac with very little traffic, about 300 meters from the harbor and 650 meters from the beach. The cottage has a tiled bathroom with a shower cubicle and its own washing machine. Kitchen with dining table, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and sofa bed. Lillstugan

Detached house on a farm 8 km from the centre of Falkenberg. Approximately 300 m to the beach, 1 km to Grimsholmens Nature Reserve, Kattegattsleden outside the junction. In the large room there is a kitchen area with a dishwasher. There are two single beds placed. One half staircase up there are two beds. Downstairs bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and iron. Two patios with a smaller respectively a larger garden furniture. Mattress, duvet and pillow are available for the beds. Bed sheets and towels are provided by the guest.

Surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes this modern and winterproof country house invites you to get away from it all to enjoy the wonderful undisturbed nature, perfect for bathing, fishing, cycling and gathering berries and mushrooms. The house is continuously maintained. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.
