Nice duplex with large terrace and sauna

Completely renovated semi-detached house where it was not stinged at the amenities. Luxuriously renovated in old style as the house is from the early 1800s. Large bathroom with double roof showers and double basins. Large comfortable laundry room and sauna facility with own shower. If you are interested in food, the house has a professional kitchen with its own wine cellar. The balcony is large and accommodates a large company. There are also sound systems outside as well. 500m to swimming and 100m to golf and tennis courses. Restaurants on the doorstep!

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish home. Villa Folkestorp is located in Älvsered on a small hill with forest and meadow land as the nearest neighbor. Here, the calmness and silence comes here in addition to some birdsong and occasional woodpecker. In our forest there are good opportunities to see both moose and deer, etc. Our swimming lake can be reached by walking 400m on a forest road and then the water, rowing boat, fishing and comfortable swimming are waiting for you. With nice hiking trails. Only 15 minutes from Gekås in Ullared.

Small unique house on the countryside with centuries-old origins. There is a tiled stove that works, a beautiful old wood stove in the kitchen (which, however, does not work), there are log walls and wooden floors. There is also a beautiful Malmsjö piano. In this lovely house with several bedrooms, there is plenty of room for the whole family or clean of two families. Proximity to several lakes and both forest and meadow directly into the knot. Hiking trail and exercise tracks in the near area. 37 km from Varberg and 32 km to Ullared.

Welcome to Mölle by the sea at scenic Kullaberg. At the height with fantastic view and with the forest as a neighbor is our house where you live in your own apartment with your own entrance. On the large terrace you enjoy the sun from early lunch until the barbecue in the evening sun. Open-plan with 2 living rooms, dining area and kitchen. 4 bedrooms on different levels. 400 meters down to the beach. 2 km walk along Ätran into town.
