There are wonderful views of the sunrise over the mountains behind the lake, while egrets emerge and ducks stir from sleep and the black swan settles into his place under the oak tree. The desert wakes up and is bathed in sunlight while you enjoy a morning coffee on the patio before your first hot pool dip.

This is a brand new house. This house is small, but very cozy, and has all amenities you need to enjoy your holiday. This house is located on the shore side of the lake, where you can enjoy the lake view from inside of the house and on open deck at the back of the house. On the deck you may enjoy romantic dinner or drink the morning coffee and watch swans and ducks swimming in the lake. There is a tennis court available nearby for people who like to stay active during their days off.

An entire house in Sky Valley on acreage to enjoy the 360° views of the surrounding canyons and mountains. The Cochella Valley Preserve is just down the street with a short drive to Palm Springs, Joshua Tree, Acrisure Arena, Cochella Festival. City of Cathedral City STVR Permit Number BLIC-000872-2022. You will feel upgraded the moment you pass the gate of Desert Princess. The resort is nicely landscaped with 30+ pools. The unit is luxurious with extra-large patio doors and windows that look out to beautiful scenery with mountain views in the far end. Open space with 10' tall ceiling, master suite with king size bed will make you feel very comfortable staying here. Tito (see in picture) is happy to share it with you.
