Holiday rentals with a patio in Skyros

We are happy with our stay. We stayed on the ground floor and had a small yard . Large space , clean with all the basics and essentials . The only things I would like it to have are an extra single bed and air conditioning. But overall everything was fine. Thank you so much.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and spacious house in a peaceful location. The home felt warm and cozy, perfect for our visit during Carnival season in late February. Alexis was a fantastic host—very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Our group consisted of one couple and two friends, and we found the house comfortable and well-equipped. While there was no WiFi, it wasn’t an issue for us since we spent most of our time in Chora, and the quiet atmosphere at home allowed us to fully relax and unwind. A small point for improvement: when using both bathrooms, we noticed that the shower areas weren’t separated, which led to some water splashing around. A glass partition could be a great addition to make things more convenient. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat!

It was a small but warm place, really autonomous and has everything needed. The hosts were very kind and helpful. Not anything luxurious but worth the money for sure. Also very peaceful neighborhood and you can park easily on the street.

The heater works well, the bed is comfortable, everything works well. Market in Konistres on Sundays, a good grocery store with organic products just down the Coline de Kaddi.

Great location, very nice apartment and wonderful pool. The tranquility and silence was appreciated.

The house is beautifully designed, comfortable, clean with a keen eye for detail. It offers a peaceful and stylish retreat, perfectly complementing the charm of the island. Lisa is a great host, hospitable, very attentive and proactive. It was a great getaway, and I would recommend this house to anyone visiting Skyros.

excellent place well suited for even three couples, for a family of three (like in our case) was very comfortable all together. excellent quality of construction with a very good layou. pool could be bigger but sufficient size... garden and tarace and parking area amazing. one point (friendly recommendation) to address is the privacy between the outdoor spaces of the villas...this could be better so to contain noice and for guests to feel more secluded this could be done with some extra fencing etc BUT not a big issue altogether. we did not get to know in person Nicolas (the owner/host), but he provided all the necessary information on time for our trip through messages. The caretakers of the property (4villas) Nikos and Eva such amazing people...!!! Very professional, polite, attentive and willing to assist us with everything, shared insights from the Skyros island were to visit, eat etc. Thank you Nikos and Eva hope to see you again. Overall recommend for accomodation.

Everything was perfect. The place and the swimming pool were clean. The kitchen well organized and fully equipped. As we are family of five persons (two adults and 3 teens), we had enough space for everyone. Eva & Nikos were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay there. Highly recommended!!
