The main house sleeps 10 guests in 5 bedrooms (3 king en-suites plus 1 king and 1 twin sharing a large luxury bathroom). There is a basement cinema, 2 lounges, dining room and 2 laundry rooms. Above the gamesroom, there are 2 overflow, ensuite, superking bedrooms. The Lodge sleeps up to 14 guests in total. The overflow bedrooms don’t have sea views like the main house but are available at no additional cost.

Situated on the beach, right on the South West coast path & opposite national nature reserve & freshwater lake (Slapton Ley) this house +hot tub is ideal for walkers, bird watchers, sea swimmers, wildlife lovers, AND it's dog friendly. Beautifully furnished, fully equipped and huge! The living room & open plan kitchen diner are very spacious indeed as the house is actually a 4 bed, but we list it as 2 bed to attract smaller groups out of season - choose which 2 bedrooms you want for your group!

Cosy One bedroom semi detached annex with private parking and garden. Our cottage is perfect for a quiet winter break storm chasing or a lovely summer break by the sea. Situated near the South West coast path and walking distance (20mins walk 1 mile) to pubs and beaches at Hope Cove and South Milton Sands. Salcombe and Kingsbridge less than 10 mins drive away! We are very happy for you to bring dogs but we request that they are not left at home unattended and that you clean up after them.
