This was such a great find! The pace was absolutely beautiful. I was worried about the cold temperatures but Our chicken coup cabin was cozy and the electric blankets greatly helped at night. The common areas are gorgeous and the common bathrooms were beautiful and very clean. It was so much fun to see all the animals! We were surrounded by horses when we were sitting by the fire at night. It was fun to pet the very friendly 2 barn cats! The emu was a pleasant surprise! We got to see the Rams, baby goats, pigs, and koi fish too! Communication with the cohost was easy. Everything went smoothly. Overall, it was amazing and I would definitely return!!

The house is very cute, exceptionally clean and thoughtfully prepared. I was especially impressed by the welcome sign, the kind welcome message, and the thoughtful welcome package. Everything made us feel very comfortable and genuinely welcomed. Wi-Fi is quite slow but overall, we were extremely satisfied and truly loved staying here. Richard is an excellent host! Easy check-in and check-out! The location is great! A quiet gate away, but about 10 10-minute drive to Cornell and Ithaca. The place is very clean and provides a lot of supplies, food, snacks, and necessities! Very thoughtful. The communication is excellent! Very clear instructions and very responsive Very pleasant stay!
