Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sligo

We received a very warm welcoming upon arrival. Both are excellent hosts. The cottage is as described and well equipped. We did not miss a single thing. Happy to recommend the 'hare cottage'. You feel at home the moment you walk in.

Stayed in Lauren's place with a couple of friends as we were at a conference in Sligo and didn't want to stay in a hotel. The house was perfect for us. We walked to a near by restaurant and pub, both were fab. The beds were comfy and we even got to enjoy a few drinks in the sunshine in the back garden. Would definately stay there again. Lauren was fabulous.

An absolute hidden gem. My wife and I have to thank the owners who have so lovingly restored this old cottage (to include all modern comforts and conveniences) for sharing their little slice of heaven with us. We see it as an act of generosity. The cottage is straight out of an Irish postcard, surrounded by verdant fields and watched over by the magical tabletop mountains which guard the area. It could not be more perfect. Additionally, the company which manages the rental was amazing. The cottage is well stocked, cared for, and clean. Communication was nearly instantaneous and entry instructions and house do’s and don’ts cleverly explained through a YouTube video. Why don’t they all do that?! Thank you to Crusader Cabins. Keep up the good work. To the owners: they are well worth whatever commission they earn!

Wenn du ein ganz besonderes Quartier im Norden Irlands suchst – mit Herz, Ruhe und einer Gastgeberin, die einfach alles übertrifft – dann bist du hier genau richtig. Wir durften ein paar Tage an diesem wunderbaren Ort verbringen, und obwohl das Wetter nicht auf unserer Seite war, hatten wir eine wunderschöne Zeit. Das Haus selbst ist ein kleines Juwel: liebevoll eingerichtet, perfekt ausgestattet – wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage? Traumhaft ruhig und doch so praktisch, dass man schnell in alle Ecken von Sligo und Donegal kommt. Aber das Allerbeste war Karen, unsere Gastgeberin. So viel Herzlichkeit, Offenheit und echtes Interesse am Wohl ihrer Gäste haben wir selten erlebt. Sie macht diesen Ort zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Für uns war es mehr als nur eine Unterkunft – es war ein Stück Zuhause auf Zeit. Dieses Airbnb können wir von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen.

The perfect place to stay. So well equipped, has everything you could need. Spotlessly clean. Great location easy walking distance to the beach.

Had a lovely stay. Marian was an attentive host and was always available if needed but not intrusive. She gave us several recommendations for places to eat. She also provided us with some food items and her banana bread was worth waiting for. The accommodation is behind her own property which made it feel more safe and secure.

Wonderful peaceful place not far from Sligo. We had a party of 6 and had plenty of space. The beautiful sliding door wall was fantastic when the sun was shining.

Siobhan had us feeling right at home and we were comfortable immediately in her apartment. It’s in a beautiful part of Sligo and we enjoyed coming back to the apartment after lovely long walks on the local beaches. Definitely recommend 😊

Gabrielle was really helpful and gave a lot of information about how to check in and how things in the apartment worked. The apartment was clean and a great size for 4 of us and it was in a great location, super central and we had access to everything we needed.

The AirBnB is a bit off the beaten path, but nonetheless it’s just a few minutes’ drive to the center of Sligo. I’ve spent the weekend there with friends and it was a lovely place to stay. The kitchenette might be a bit small for elaborate cooking, but it works perfectly for breakfast or a small dinner. Niamh and her husband were very welcoming and courteous and gave us tips for the surrounding area. For people who enjoy a quiet and simple stay, totally worth!

I had a peaceful retreat in Una's place, spent a lot of time looking out the picture window at the sea and the sky and the sunset. The space is lovely, a little smaller than I had expected from the photos but perfectly fine for my needs. Una was extremely helpful and generous in allowing me to delay my departure. Highly recommended.

Fabulous stay in Saoirse's airbnb. So bright, spacious and comfortable. The airbnb was so clean. I felt like I was at home. Beautiful view from balcony overlooking the fabulous beach. Location was perfect, close to shops, pubs, restaurants and beach. Definitely recommend a stay in Saoirse's airbnb. We will definitely be coming back..

Really enjoyed our stay in Louise’s apartment. It was ideally located, very clean and spacious. I would highly recommend it to anyone venturing to that part of the country

Nous avons passé deux nuits ressourçantes chez Anne Marie. Nous étions au calme et son logement est très bien équipé et très propre. Nous avons adoré les environs et elle a su nous conseiller plein de super endroits à visiter ! Sligo et sa région sont très intéressant avec beaucoup de choses à faire (randonnées, vélo, plage…). Mention spéciale à Will et Lexi pour leur accueil et pour tous les jeux mis à disposition pour les enfants, nous avons adoré ! Merci Anne Marie et bonne continuation !

Enjoyed greatly this cute and functional space! Eileen is a terrific host who went beyond to help with connections to activities and sights in charming Sligo. Perfectly located for both quiet and within walking distance of town. An easy-to-use bus stop across the road, a convenience store and restaurant pub a stone's throw away. And beautiful sunsets!

Fiona was a very responsive host and very quick to answer any queries. The apartment was amazing with stunning views out over the water. Was so well equipped with everything you would need for a stay. Very peaceful location yet close to carrick on shannon. So much to do in the area too. highly recommend for a stay

We were in Knockvicar to research our family roots so Anne's place was perfect because we could access all the local graveyards/Leitrim Heritage Centre, Ballinamore, Drumshabo music festival etc. Anne was super-helpful but also respected our privacy. She was there if needed. Loved her spacious kitchen, comfortable beds, extras left in the fridge for us on a very late arrival from Cork, esp milk and tea. Plenty of supplies in the bathroom and the place was spotless. We had two very peaceful/quiet nights of sleep and really enjoyed our stay in Knockvicar. Thank u Anne

This was for my mum & dad. Erika was so helpful to them from arrival to departure. She helped them with any questions they had. Which was a comfort as I live in the UK and they are in their 80’s The house was very comfortable, very clean and relaxing . Daniella's apartment was superb! We felt like the apt was in the middle of Sligo's tourist attractions coz all of them were only few minutes drive. Inside the place was squeaky clean and it's literally comfy to stay in. She provided our needs for the whole stay. Must be 10 stars for the rating! We had a lovely stay! Definitely a good recommendation to all ♥️
