This house is a bit of a unicorn. A gorgeous, restored/updated carriage house on a 1-acre urban farm/garden just a block from one of the hippest neighborhoods in Denver (1.5 miles from downtown). You can walk to dozens of top-notch restaurants and shops and come back home to utter tranquility as you sit on your porch overlooking our gardens, orchard, and vineyard. We also have a brand new regulation Pickleball court! Guests are welcome to share the harvest seasonally. Open to dogs, no cats.

Welcome to Oasis on the Park in Denver. Located in the beautiful Jefferson Park neighborhood. Every morning you will wake up to scenic views of the tree-lined Jefferson Park. This area borders Empower Field at Mile High stadium, home of the Denver Broncos football team (less than 5 minute walk). You will find plenty of eateries and bars within walking distance or stay in for a cozy night in the Mile High City.

This home is a gorgeous Denver square built in 1890 with three bedrooms that was tastefully renovated to maintain the home's original charm. One block to the 32nd and Lowell historic neighborhood with cute shops, cafes, and restaurants; it's a super hip neighborhood that is quiet and very fun. The home is spacious and comfortable with mid-century modern decor, granite countertops, hardwood floors, and a fully stocked kitchen that will satisfy the most discerning chef.

Keep it simple at this centrally-located cozy tiny house. Private entrance on side of house with your own fenced in area. Across the street from a park and 3 minutes to the lake. This is affordable yet close to down town. You can walk, use public transit or rent a scooter, or Uber. 2 twin beds! Checkin is 4pm or later only. We are close by if you need anything. Sorry no cats. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, iron, and patio.
