Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 meters to a beach with a jetty and beach bar. Fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves. Two beds where you lie on the first floor and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two hotplates, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Large terrace, gas grill. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km from Ystad, where you can easily drive by car or cycle along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good transportation connections.

Beautiful nature regardless of the season and several lakes. Grocery store, restaurants and train and bus station are located in Vittsjö village. Guests have access to a rowboat, two kayaks and fishing from the jetty. Golf course, elk safari, waffle cottage and Skåneleden are located in the nearby area. Skånes Djurpark (animal park) is a 45-minute drive. There, Nordic animals such as wolves, bears, lynx and other Nordic species live in their natural environment. Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Swimming is possible but bathing shoes are recommended (until we have built a jetty). Otherwise, there is very nice nature nearby that is crossed by the Skåneleden. Within cycling and driving distance is Osby, where there are grocery stores, restaurants and other activities.

A super cozy timber cabin in the woods. This place is made for the adventurous or for a relaxing getaway. Just take our rowing boat for a swim at the lake, use our digital maps with paths only the locals know walking or biking, take a sauna or just cuddle upp in front of the huge soapstone stove. The cabin is around 50 m² and sleeps 5 persons with 2 single beds and 2 double beds to choose from. Firewood, maps, sauna, rowing boat etc is all inclusive & dogs are of course welcome too!

This destination is suitable for families with children, solo adventurers, couples or those on a longer trip, and need a simple overnight stay on the way.
