Close to Denmark's second-largest forest area - Gribskov - National Royal North Zealand with the beautiful castles and magnificent scenes of nature with lakes, forests and beaches. Historically Gilleleje is an old fishing village and it was here that many Jews were transported to Sweden during World War II. Gilleleje Church was a waiting place for Jews until they could be transported. In 1943, 75 Jews were caught by the Gestapo on the church ceiling after a snitch had informed the Germans. Everywhere there are monuments of historical events. Every year there are various festivals in Gilleleje - "Hill" Festival, Harbour Festival, Jazz at the port and The Herring Day. Mini cottage in beautiful surroundings. You get a newly built cottage, where the details have been taken care of. When you wake up, you have a view from the bed to a large lake with lots of bird and fish life. You can go down to the lake or have breakfast on the terrace. In the evening, you can enjoy a glass of wine or water under the starry sky. Due to the fact that there is no light pollution in the area, you can see the clearest starry sky when it is cloudless. There is both a bath and toilet in the cabin. Cleaning is included in the price.

Charming house in Tinkerup, 3 km from Gilleleje. There is a large terrace around the whole house with several cozy corners, pergolas, hammock and outdoor shower. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the beach. There's only Apple TV. Bedding and towels are free for a full week's rent, but can be rented for shorter stays. The tenant is responsible for final cleaning. No smoking/animals allowed. Only rent Saturday to Saturday in weeks 26-32. For electricity consumption over DKK 75 per day, there will be a settlement after the stay.

Relax in this unique and quiet home on the Granholm farm, which is located in a lovely large garden, and with lakes, forests and bogs just outside. We live close to Helsinge, but still completely on our own. We have sheep and chickens. The apartment is built in the farm's former carriage gate and loft, and contains a large room with kitchen, dining area, sofa area and sleeping area. Toilet and bath next to the sleeping area. The bed can be divided into 2 single beds, and an extra bed can be made on the sofa.

The sand beach is just a short 700-meter walk away, and it is 5 km to Gilleleje and Rågeleje. Bikes can be borrowed by arrangement. The kitchen is stocked with oil, spices, coffee, and tea for your use.
