New and child-friendly cottage in a quiet setting

New and modern cottage with large wooden terrace located in a quiet area near Gilleleje town, only 900 m from the beach. The house has a size of 100 m2 and has 4 beautiful bedrooms with 4 double beds, respectively, with space for a total of 8 people. (Possibly 10 people in the case of families with smaller children). There is also a travel bed with extra mattress, for the very small children. There are 8 duvets and 8 pillows, 1 baby duvet and pillow, but you must bring your own bed linen, towels and dishcloths. The house has 2 nice bathrooms with shower, closet space and hair dryer. The house's gathering point is the approx. 35 m2 spacious kitchen/living room with a beautiful functional kitchen with kitchen island and dining area as well as cozy sofa area with large comfortable sofa and TV (the TV is with Chromecast, i.e. there is no TV subscription or the like for the house). Here there is a guarantee for relaxation, coziness and good company. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, powered by an economical geothermal heating system. The house's fantastic floor plan makes the home an obvious gathering point for 2 families who want a wonderful vacation together. Outdoors, you will find a large, lovely wooden terrace, which runs all the way around the house (approx. 120 m2). The terrace is partially covered with garden furniture and patio heaters, inviting you to enjoy good times throughout the holiday. Here you will also find an outdoor shower ready to cool you off in the summer heat or rinse off after a fresh dip at the beach. For the childish souls, there is also a trampoline, a swing and a small playhouse in the garden. From the house, it is only 3 km to Gilleleje town, which offers a rich commercial life with many exciting shops, cozy cafes, a cinema and good restaurants.

Historically Gilleleje is an old fishing village and it was here that many Jews were transported to Sweden during World War II. Gilleleje Church was a waiting place for Jews until they could be transported. In 1943, 75 Jews were caught by the Gestapo on the church ceiling after a snitch had informed the Germans. Everywhere there are monuments of historical events. Every year there are various festivals in Gilleleje - "Hill" Festival, Harbour Festival, Jazz at the port and The Herring Day. We rent our cozy 56 m² cottage in Gilleleje within walking distance to the beach. The house is located on an undisturbed natural plot on a peaceful, closed road. The house consists of a functional kitchen, large living room, two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. The rooms are well furnished with closet space and good beds. Outside, dinner can be enjoyed on the covered terrace with barbecue. The house is located at a distance of about 1 km to Tinkerup Beach and 2.5 km to Gilleleje's cozy harbor environment.

Enjoy a walk on Gilbjergstien or a coffee at the Beach. 3km from the harbour village Gilleje with shops and good vibes all year. 2,5km to the local wineyard and 2km to the nearest supermarket. It’s easy to reach this house both by car and public transporation. Here is no limits for good vibes in any season of the year.

There is a very cozy alcove for a nap or cozy nook, including an outdoor shower. The house is surrounded by a very large terrace all around. The garden invites to ball games and play, including a sandbox. There is only 20 min walk (5 min by bike, there are 6 by the house) from the lovely beach. the famous Maglehøje is 100 m from the house.
