The surrounding were very peaceful and beautiful. The hot tub was amazing for some relaxation. The kitty cat was a sweet soul. Mark was very responsive to a few wasp near the front door. Thank you! Will be back for sure.

It was our second time staying at Robs place and enjoyed it just as much as the first. Such a cute little spot, clean and has everything you might need for a home-away-from-home stay! There’s an awesome new restaurant called Gizmos across the road - a must try, and a coffee shop on the corner. Groceries are also close by if needed. We enjoyed a run up to the lake, there’s a walkway all the way from the house, really awesome. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Smithville!

Perfect location for working on the north side of town. Easy access to several highways. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac with really nice neighbors. The host was very responsive and helpful.
