Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Snake River

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Our family came to visit one day and everyone had a blast playing the games in the garage. We would definitely stay here again.

wow this place is a little piece of heaven. Beautiful setting, responsive hosts. We will definitely be back again. Also loved being in the middle of the farm with the animals. I've stayed at many different places in the McCall/Donnelly area and what I appreciated the most about this cabin is that it had great air conditioning and the furniture was not old and uncomfortable. A lot of times people put their old things in their cabins when they upgrade but it didn't feel like that at all. The beds were so comfortable! It was furnished beautifully and the view from the living room is absolutely stunning! James is very proactive with communication and we had all the information we needed and knew any communication would be responded to quickly. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless, cozy, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and responsive, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The setting was beautiful—peaceful, private, and just a short walk to the river. We really appreciated the extra touches like the clear instructions, comfortable beds, and reliable Wi-Fi. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting the Missoula/Bitterroot area. We'd absolutely stay here again!

We've had repeat stays in one of Lindsey's other properties in Challis, Calamity Jane's Hideaway (which we loved, but it was booked this time), and this spot turned out to be even better! The house was welcoming, comfortable, very clean, and well stocked with everything needed to make us feel right at home. Lots of upgrades in this house, too! Although we didn't make a fire, we enjoyed sitting outside around the fire pit, listening to the creek. Used the BBQ a couple times. The house has tons of board games available. The "somewhat" close town of Stanley has a fantastic bakery and great restaurants. Don't hesitate to book this house - we'd go back in a heartbeat! It's a great place to stay in Challis. Lindsey & Rob are also the perfect hosts - very welcoming and responsive.

My daughter and I enjoyed our week in this charming house! The whole place is well-maintained and clean. It was conveniently located for our needs, which was initially why we booked this place. It was so much more than convenient! We were easily able to walk to good food and cute shops. We loved the peaceful backyard. I hope we are able to come back!

Truly one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had! Piper went above and beyond as a host—sending us fantastic recommendations before our arrival and making sure we felt welcome throughout our stay. We were just minutes from Georgetown Lake and got to go paddleboarding with our dogs before heading to the local brewery for a pint with some friendly locals. It was a peaceful and memorable Memorial Day weekend, and we’re already looking forward to booking this lovely spot again in the future!

Emilee’s place was great. We stayed here while handling a death in the family and are so grateful for such clean and peaceful place to come back to after such long days. Highly recommend

Really cool spot. Juanita was super nice and understanding. She was willing to extend the check out time if I needed it. She was also super responsive and attentive. Really enjoyed this last minute unexpected stay.

Perfect place to use as a basecamp for Yellowstone or to just relax and watch the sunset off the deck. Everything was clean and very nice.

The apartment in Island Park is a great place to stay if visiting Yellowstone and/or the surrounding area. The apartment itself is beautiful, with modern amenities, and Selena was very communicative throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area.

This was my second stay here and I've come to think of this place as my retreat when I need to get away from the world. It's thoughtfully furnished for both humans and dogs, my furbaby thoroughly enjoyed the dog bed and the faux fur rug. I love how quiet it is, and although there are homes in the vicinity, I rarely hear anyone and the trees give the place privacy. It's away from the tourist corridor, which is exactly what I want, but withing 20 minutes of hiking trails and the grocery store. The host has been consistently responsive and a pleasure to communicate with each visit too!

We were super happy to come back again for another wonderful visit to beautiful Montana, and Phil's cabin. As always he was very helpful and responsive when we needed anything. Lovely cabin, had everything we needed, our cat enjoyed her time there just as much as we did! We can't wait to go back again and enjoy the amazing views, jacuzzi, and sounds of the river. Our stay at Ross Creek Cabins was amazing. The location is beautiful with breathtaking views. Even though there are other cabins close by we had privacy and a peaceful stay. They went above beyond to make sure we had a wonderful vacation, the cabin was beautiful and the book of instructions/ helpful guides was so nice. It recommended everything from restaurants to scenic drives and gave clear instructions on everything. We had a wonderful experience and look forward to visiting again someday!

Absolutely beautiful place, with a quiet comfy cabin that’s hard not to love! The place has a beautiful view and some nice walking paths that the hosts are gracious enough to let you use. The river is absolutely gorgeous with some amazing spots to swim in and soak in all of your surroundings! The hosts are super kind and leave very clear instructions, information, and guides, so there’s no unnecessary confusion! Their amenities make the stay super comfortable and user friendly. The only complaints I’d have is the photos imply a little more privacy than there actually is with neighbors being pretty close by—though they’re all very friendly—and the couch/bed being smaller than anticipated making sleeping arrangements a little tight. Still absolutely worth the stay and definitely worth the price! Definitely give them a shot if you’re in the area! 🙏♥️

Linda’s place was perfect for our little family getaway! Just know the cabin is not right on the water. If you want to take their kayak down to the lake you will need to use the kayak trolley and walk it down. The yard is beautiful and we saw deer in the mornings and evenings! The kitchen is small but has everything you need. Overall we had an excellent stay and loved the proximity to the lake and Tamarack!

Julie was an awesome host and the cabin was a great place to hang out for a few days and use it as a jump off point for outdoor activities! I stayed by myself and will be bringing the family Thank you Julie!

What can I say about this property… not enough! Felt right at home. So peaceful and quiet. Beautiful views. Stocked with everything you need. This was close to some of our favorite fishing spots. So great to cook out on the Charcoal grill, eat outside and watch the animals. Becky was amazing in every way. Always communicating and made sure we didn’t need anything extra with a little dip in temperatures. We will stay again. I highly recommend this beautiful cabin.
