Amazing home along with an even better host! They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. I’ve stayed at many air bnb homes and this was by far the best. All the amenities on location are awesome, the home was clean, has everything you could possibly need, attention to detail and making sure you have everything that’s needed for your stay. If I could give 100 stars I would. This is a MUST stay if you are heading to the area. 10/10

We stayed at John’s place over the weekend to be as close as possible to my wedding venue (the next town over). It fit me, my husband, my bridal party and their respective partners perfectly! The back house was the perfect place for the girls to get ready in the morning with all the natural light. FYI for future guests, the back house does not include a restroom or bed. It was no issue at all though as it was comfortable for all of us to sleep in the front house. The amenities are great, especially the fire pit outside. John was a fantastic host and generously granted us a later checkout the morning after our wedding!

This is an amazing home with an attentive/responsive host. We had a gathering of family and friends to celebrate my son's graduation. There was plenty of space, large beautifully updated kitchen. The pool and game room were the favored spots for the teens (Air hockey, shuffleboard and pinball!! ) and the covered deck and kitchen for the adults. We were all so comfortable, this was a hard home to leave because it had everything we needed, including very comfortable beds. We will recommend this rental over and over again.

Cas and Rachelle were responsive prior and after booking as well as during the stay. There a few items we communicated we were hoping to have for our stay that they actually purchased before and during our stay! I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnb in my life and have never seen that commitment to a providing 5 star rental experience. We stayed for 5 days and utilized everything from the heated pool, hot tub, giant tvs, grill and massage chair. I highly recommend lounging in the massive bean bag as well! You have a great view of the water and even the mountains from the back porch. Would 1000% stay here again without hesitation.

We loved the view when we arrived we were greeted by two grew wales. We were mesmerized. The property was great. We had a wonderful weekend.

If this place is available for your dates and you’re on the fence about booking…don’t be. Make the booking! BEST Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Extremely clean, well stocked, comfortable and welcoming. Gabe is so easy to work with. The neighborhood is beautiful. The patio and landscaping are amazing. The beds are super comfy. We enjoyed the basketball/pickleball court and the children’s outdoor play area. So many details in this home that make it so special! We feel very lucky to have come across it. Don’t hesitate!!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home is beautiful and well appointed with everything we needed. We got a kick out of the unique books in the sitting room and appreciated the thoughtful decor details throughout the home. The lovely trees provided a blanket of privacy and the joyful sounds of happy birds. Spending time on the deck with the gorgeous view of the lake and the warm sun was heaven for us and our chihuahuas. Our boys spent most of their time on the dock successfully catching quite a bit of fish. We really enjoyed ending our days with a massaging soak in the hot tub. Thank you for creating such a beautiful, fun, and relaxing experience.

Very comfortable, very nice house that is well stocked for a longer stay. Great location on a small river that made evening dining a real treat. Really needed the central air conditioning as it was over 90.

Great house for families! There’s room in the yard to play, the jacuzzi was nice, there’s a fire pit for smores, they had kids toys and games, a high chair and the upstairs was separate from the living space so noise wasn’t an issue. There’s also a small park down the street with a basketball court, four square, swings and a slide, which was a nice little walk! The AC and heating system was easy to use, and the house was very clean! Would stay again.

We had a wonderful experience! Great hosts and a beautiful house. The views of the water are amazing. You could sit there, by the window or out on one of the patios, all day watching the Washington state ferries go by.

Great house for multiple people. We never felt claustrophobic and rooms were spacious. We appreciated that the house was well stocked with amenities. You know you're in a pretty tranquil area when deer walk up to the patio area to just hang out. Diana was great with communication and accommodating to my requests. Would definitely recommend her property and stay here again if I were to come back to the Seattle area.

We left this house for our family get together for a wedding. The house was beautiful and accommodated our group perfectly. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with supplies and common cooking products. We could not be more pleased and would love to stay here again in the future. Harborview Haven offered a peaceful and private setting, was very clean and is in a great location. Julie was a fantastic host—responsive, warm, and exceptionally thoughtful. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even had a delightful welcome basket upon our arrival. Very comfortable stay. If our travels bring us back to the Everett area, we will gladly stay here again.

Lovely clean home, comfortable furniture and beds, fresh and modern, kitchen well stocked k-cups available as well as Mr coffee one tea kettle, premium toiletries! Nice stay would stay again!

We came to the area for a sports tournament and we’re looking for a place within 30 minutes of the event. Yelena‘s rental was phenomenal! This home is beautifully appointed, warm and welcoming. We came in at an extremely late hour, and she made it easy for us to get in. The beds were some of the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The home had plenty of amenities, and the surrounding area was very walkable, safe, and charming.
