It is nestled on private acres shared by horses, goats, chickens and owners primary residence.

This cozy mother-in-law unit is great for 1-2 people enjoying a mountain town getaway, located 2 blocks from shopping, restaurants, the famed R&R Twin Peaks Diner, and pubs/wine bars in Downtown North Bend. It's a perfect respite after a day of hiking, enjoying nearby lakes, the Snoqualmie River, or local train rides. Other area attractions include Dirt Fish driving school (10 mins), Snoqualmie Casino (6 mins), winter skiing/summer hiking at Snoqualmie Pass (25 mins), and also Seattle (35mins).

Plus a private deck with hot tub and BBQ are right out the back door with a large fenced in back yard behind. Walk 1-3 blocks to most downtown restaurants and shopping. Welcome to Casa Cascadia! Our two bedroom, one bath apartment is a perfect getaway or basecamp. Walk to Downtown North Bend and explore the local brewery, coffee shops, restaurants, and other shops. Book a ride on the Snoqualmie Valley Railroad to Snoqualmie Falls and back. We're close to many great parks and it's easy access to the Snoqualmie Valley trail. Located amongst world class singletrack MTB, gravel riding, hiking, kayaking, & climbing. Go out and see all that the area has to offer.

We are 20 min by car to Bellevue and 30 min to Seattle, Redmond & Snoqualmie Pass and 40 min to Sea-Tac airport. Exterior security cameras present.

This attached guest suite is family friendly with a private entrance and sits on the bottom floor of our 3-story home (we live above). Located at the base of Mt Si with outstanding mountain views and access to a shared cedar sauna behind the house.
