Great place and great host.

Craig's place was extremely clean and in an extremely walkable location for guests interested in downtown Nashville. The entire facility is built around the idea of AirBnB units, so it was extremely easy and convenient to navigate. We didn't have a car and we never needed to wait more than a few minutes for an Uber driver. We'd definitely stay here again.

Nashloft was perfect in every way! It was clean and cozy, close to everything we needed and customer service was superb! Thank you for providing a beautiful experience! We will DEFINITELY stay again!

Zach was an amazing host! I wish we could give him more than 5 stars! Very responsive to our questions and was proactive with directions for checking in, parking, etc. He made our first Air BnB experience one hard to top. We will definitely book here/with Zach again in the future.

Everything was spectacular. The perfect spot to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. A clean, modern, updated, beautifully decorated space, a balcony and a fun outdoor space with a pool. The knife set was a food prep game changer….the smoothest, easiest slicing and chopping I’ve ever experienced. We were steps away from the all action on Broadway. Very walkable. We felt very comfortable and safe walking back and forth. Our hosts were amazing. They were friendly, very responsive, efficient and very helpful. Excellent communication before, during and after our trip. Detailed instructions, help with early/late check in, securing a cabana, and checking in during our stay made our trip even more memorable. Thank you for all your help. You made the process so easy. Highly recommend

We've been to AirBNBs in several countries and many states (and elsewhere in Nashville) and this was definitely one of our all-time faves. The way Kelli and Sarah use every inch of space inside Flatrock House yet make it feel spacious, full of light, and uncluttered is inspiring. Our hosts’ recommendation printouts were indispensable, our dog loved the enclosed backyard (and the modest pet fee). Cool selection of books/games/records, an awesome projector, a very cookable kitchen setup. Kelli and Sarah were so responsive and helpful as hosts while making us feel like we were all alone on our own quiet property. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a unique, great-value/immaculate-vibes stay in Nashville as many other options grow increasingly antiseptic, expensive, and management company–ish. The personal touch and perfect little home here really make Flatrock House stand out.

We had a great stay! The attention to detail in decorating this house was amazing! The house had everything we needed and Pedro responded quickly with instructions for check in and safety info during a tornado watch! Overall our best Airbnb to date!

It’s a great place for a single person to do music or other work in Nashville. There’s parking for one car, and the uber eats find it just fine for it is in the back yard of the front house which is consistent with how the area lays out their property. There’s sweet bunnies nibbling grass and happy kiddos riding bikes in the alley. There’s sweet bunnies interior is comfy and cozy

Pristine, cozy, home away from home. I don’t have enough characters available to rave about this place. It was so spotlessly clean and the host was very helpful and friendly. One of my biggest searches when looking on Airbnb is a comfy looking bed and this one met those expectations! I hate the feeling of “I can’t wait to be in my own bed” and didn’t have that here!! I loved the little details like the snacks and local recommendations (which we tried and LOVED). And not once did I ever have to say “I wish there was (item)” because everything we needed was available at the house. There are certain things that I make sure to always bring with me on trips in order to feel more at home and somehow these guys managed to check everything on my OCD list. That’s a first for anywhere I’ve stayed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We couldn’t have imagined a better place to stay for our family’s weekend getaway to Nashville. We traveled with our one year old - Ashley made sure we had what we needed to be comfortable and was so friendly and communicative before booking, leading up to the stay, and during! The home is so lovely and cozy, with a pristine backyard view. It was the perfect time of year to enjoy a sunset from the patio. Location is perfect - super safe and close proximity to all the great restaurants. We miss it already - couldn’t recommend it more!

Everything was exactly as advertised and the house was very conveniently located to Broadway and Marathon Music Works where we were attending a concert. Would definitely stay again on my next trip to Nashville

The condo looked just like the pictures. The beds were very comfortable, even the rollaways. The location was perfect for CMA Fest. Cynthia was always helpful and quick to respond!

This was an amazing location that puts you downtown and in the heart of the action! If you are looking for a place that offers comfort but plenty to do, this is your place!

Zach was very accommodating considering the fact we were so last minute in reserving. I felt like I was spending the night at “Melrose Place”. Was a fun experience and the pool was a great amenity. Highly recommend this stay.

Brendan was very responsive if I had any questions or concerns. Well mannered, and gave great detailed instructions on how to find the Airbnb, key fob, and parking spot if paid for in parking garage. Clean place. Will stay again if ever back in Nashville.

Great Location. A very clean ( I mean cleannnn) and comfortable loft. Beautiful loft with plenty of natural light coming in from the floor to ceiling windows. Only feedback would be to add a little more privacy to the open bedroom, but it wasn’t an issue. Would totally stay again, actually will stay again in a future Nashville trip. P.s they offer big lockers in the building to store luggage $25 a day.

This place was amazing. It looked great, was spacious, all the amenities were well thought through. Not to mention, the bed was incredibly comfortable. Linda was very responsive, king and helpful aswell. I will be coming back to stay :)

Such a great place to stay with lot to do around. The host was very communicative and answered all questions immediately. Everything was very clean for us when we got there and was easy to check in and out. I would recommend this place to people wanting to stay in Nashville.

Went to Nashville with my daughter and mom. Gleicy’s place was perfect for us! Perfect location for walking around Nashville. So many restaurants and things to do in walking distance. Gleicy communicated everything we needed to know so there were no hiccups. Highly recommend!
