Ricardo was very proactive in helping us check in, in addition to always being super flexible and friendly. It's my second year with him, and as always, he offered me a ride from the bus station to the place. In addition, he offered a ride to my friend, who was not even staying at the place, and took her to another hotel. The place was extremely clean and well-equipped, much better than several hotels I've stayed in. He brought a gallon of drinking water that he had asked about. The bathroom has a great shower flow and the water can be adjusted to the temperature. There was a hair dryer if you needed to dry your hair. The beds are very comfortable and the blankets are very soft and fragrant. There's a construction site next door, but the noise didn't bother me. There are two supermarkets nearby, just across the street was one and up the hill there was another, less than 50 meters away. The center is three blocks away, but it's close. The building is quite safe and the street is very quiet.

We stayed more than 1 month in the apartment and the place served us very well, the fact that it had a second bedroom was very useful for our luggage. The kitchen has a good space, we can wash clothes normally, the sun shines in the morning in the kitchen and in the afternoon in the bedroom, it has great wind circulation, if you open the door then it is very windy. We rarely use the TV in the living room, but we use the one in the bedroom, it works well and has open channels, as we have an Apple TV device we can watch YouTube and streaming channels on it, even though it is older. It has covered parking, which is a differential, around the building it is very quiet, we spent the day in the home office and we hardly heard the neighbors. Silent and tranquil nights. The Internet is very fast, it oscillated very few times and came back in minutes. On cold days, the shower heats up if you open the water valve a little, but it yields a hot shower, but with less pressure. It has pots and cutlery, glasses, plates and water filter, external clothesline can be used.

Roberto was very attentive, responds quickly, made himself available if we needed anything... anyway... great accommodation... I would come back...

Wonderful stay, Daniela super helpful, answered me anytime I needed it. I needed a break, I went with my husband and children and we loved it, well located(defrent from the Ademar square of barros), great place to walk the night , since it is open until late at night. everything very organized, the apartment is vintage but nothing we reprove , as a suggestion , would only improve the shower, everything else very wonderful, kitchen with everything you need, internet, parking, delicious heated pool and sauna (I did not use the sauna , but there is), an absurd silence in the apartment , I slept like never ....

I would like to express, on behalf of my entire family, our satisfaction in having enjoyed peaceful and invigorating days in the AP of Mr. Neusa and Cláudio and administered by Giovana, their daughter. The AP is a delight, reminiscent of a grandmother's house that embraces you in every detail, we feel the care and affection in every corner as well as the support that the family gave us in an unexpected health situation. Apartment with a great location, everything new and clean. Exactly as in the advertisement. For my taste, single mattresses are very soft, but I know it is not possible to please everyone. I no longer recommend it to those who prefer a firmer mattress! Great quality towels, sheets and blankets, well-equipped kitchen, tasteful decoration. This is the second time I've stayed in this apartment and I'll definitely be back.

We were in Bruna's apartment from 06/13 to 06/15 and we were very well received by Mr. Artur, Bruna's father, gave us all the tips about the place. Bruna is always very attentive and always responds very quickly to all messages that are sent. As for the apartment, it is simple but very clean and well arranged and complete with bed and bath linens, and it is in a calm and quiet place. I recommend hosting. Very good cost benefit.

Even though it is located in the center, the place is quiet, you can't hear the noise from the street. For those who want to go shopping and stroll around the city, you can leave your car parked and do everything on foot. We left the car on the street and had no problem. Although there are some parking lots nearby. We loved the stay!!!
