The stay in Serra Negra was excellent. The house is wonderful, spacious and private for those who go with several families, as all rooms have a private bathroom (except 1). In the common spaces, there are several areas to enjoy with everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything (and more) you need. The hostess was kind enough to anticipate and leave a fireplace kit, as it was cold. The care and beauty of the garden was a detail that made a difference. The location of the house is also perfect.

beautiful house, extremely quiet place, perfect for relaxing and resting. very safe condominium and with restaurant. i have pet and it is extremely safe because everything is walled with no way to escape, it has a delicious lawn for pet to run a lot.

Sheila's house is that place where you rent an accommodation and get a view that is worth more. Everything works and is clean. Necessary kitchen equipment and even a complete barbecue kit made the stay more pleasant. The place is safe, which provides peace of mind at night and when leaving the house.

My wife and I really liked the place, very clean, organized and well-equipped, we will return more often.

Excellent house, everything working, good beds, bed linen and towels were provided, everything very clean and organized, house is well ventilated, very large and very comfortable, we had an excellent holiday, the hosts are extremely friendly, respond quickly and helped us at all times, internet works throughout the house with routers around the house, very complete house, nothing was missing!!! Complete game room, with all the balls and accessories, nothing damaged or with problems. Game court with net, balls and all accessories. External hydro working perfectly.

We went with 6 people and our pet for the weekend of the vintage car event in Águas de Lindóia and we loved it. The house is very close to the center, but a car is necessary. The neighborhood is super quiet and quiet. Anderson is very friendly and attentive. He greeted us at the entrance and gave us tips on places and the best times to go on tours, and he was always available, responding quickly to any type of question. It has a wonderful gourmet area to hang out with the family having a barbecue or simply chatting. We didn't take advantage of everything the house had to offer, as we left early and returned in the late afternoon. There is also a spacious yard for children to play freely. The terrace in front of the house is large, comfortable and overlooking the mountains. The house is very well equipped with all possible utensils and the beds are also comfortable! Everything is great! I definitely recommend it a lot.

Place clean and well located. Marta is very cordial and attentive. Breakfast served at the table, all fresh. We love it!

I really liked the space , the room was cozy and clean and the location very good The only problem is that the pool that should be heated as well as jacuzzi and ofurô the water was not hot and at no time was it informing the staff that it was having trouble in this pool

The place is beautiful and very clean, very well maintained. The refrigerator is very strong, the TV has a FireTV, a view of the pool, and on the horizon you can see the top of the mountain and Cristo Redentor. Kind and polite host, very nice people! The condominium is well organized and safe. Covered parking space in the garage and gate control. Very positive point for the silence and peace in the place, waking up with the view of the sunrise is wonderful!
