Private patio with barbecue grill - perfect for summer evenings. 🌿 Pedal boat and paddleboard are available to borrow if you want to go out on the lake. Bus stop right outside the house. As a neighbor, there is a sourdough bakery where you can pre-order freshly baked bread and sometimes popular pizza evenings are arranged. 🍕

Free parking is avaliable in the street near to the B&B entrance. Charging for an electric car can be borrowed at cost price so you can wake up with a fully charged car. You will stay in your own cottage in our garden with a patio in the evening sun. There is self check-in with a key that is in the key cabinet with a code. You park the car in front of the garage and there is the possibility to charge your electric car. The accommodation is located about 5 km from the city center.

Our cabin is beautifully located by Fryken. You are close to hiking trails, a slalom slope (700 m), golf course (3.4 km), Karlstad with Lerin Museum and Mariebergsskogen (25 km), Västanåteatern (42 km), Selma Lagerlöf's Mårbacka (34 km), Alma Löv's museum (24 km). You can enjoy the view and nice sunsets when it's nice weather. Possibility to borrow a canoe.
