Great little room in the heart of Sodus Point! It was a perfect place to spend the nights for my girlfriend, our two dogs and I.

Jacob and his wife were very helpful and responsive. Apartment in this historic home was comfortable and true to the photos and description. Quiet neighborhood at night. Adjustable bed helped me get a good night sleep. Thank you for being a gracious host!

We have stayed in this rental before. We will likely use it again as we travel to the area annually. It is convenient to the beach and in a nice quiet area.

She greeted us when we arrived and on our departure. She even gave our 3 month old a gift! It’s rare to find a host who genuinely cares this much about her guests’ experience. The place was easy to find and easily accessible. It is a small but cute apartment that was decorated well. It was a cozy place, sufficient for our small family. Would go back again.

The couple that took care of the property were very helpful! I always read reviews on beds before I book. The beds were extremely comfortable along with the bedding! The flowers around the property were beautiful!

We had a great stay at Ashley’s place. Everything was as described. We felt at home and hope to return in the future. We also enjoyed their restaurant out front. We had breakfast and it was delicious. We were able to meet her husband and he was very friendly and welcoming. We brought out boat with us and it was convenient having it right there in a slip to access anytime.

From start to finish Valarie and Bob are A+++++ ! We absolutely loved their Airbnb with so many necessities and sweet thoughtful extras . Pops Place is tidy and very clean with lovely bedding and such a comfy bed . We loved staying in this peaceful and refreshing atmosphere where Valarie and Bob top it off with their sweet personalities ! We’ve been truly blessed to have stayed here and looking forward to coming back . Thankyou , Valarie and Bob !

We attended a family wedding so needed a place to stay for the evening of the event. Phil and Kelly accommodated an early arrival and the apartment was perfect. The stars were aligned when we picked out Danny's beautiful location for our visit. Who would have known that Danny would share our same love of music and to learn of mutual friends we have in the professiomal music arena was amazing. With our love of music, it was an instant bond. It was a "kindred feeling" and one that has opened up a friendship for life. Danny made us feel welcomed from the first moment we met him. He was a very hospitable host. Within a short time, we felt we had known Danny for years. Since our families are in the Pittsford/Victor area, that are just minutes away from this location, we will be revisiting this pristine welcoming home for many years to come. Got ready for my wedding at this place and it was even better than I could imagine ! The bridal space is stunning and so many good photo opportunities! Anything you need is there !

This was our second time staying here. We love the peaceful location, yet it’s close to all the great local restaurants, breweries, and wineries. The apartment is cozy and comfortable and great hosts. We look forward to coming back!

Beautiful property with everything that I needed. It was exactly as described. Beth was very responsive and helpful throughout the booking and stay (not that we needed to communicate much during the stay).

This is a wonderful place to stay. It’s on a quiet and quaint street and close to town. I suggest leave your vehicle in the off street parking spot and walk to town where there is lots to do. Highly recommend this adorable location. Host was very responsive and friendly ❤️

We ended our trip staying here before flying out the next morning— cozy space, clean and even fresh flowers greeting us! Host was responsive to a question after we checked in. The vaulted/angled ceiling was a little lower than expected but otherwise, comfortable and great night of sleep! Would recommend to others needing a place in the area!

Dennis is a great host. He was very quick on responding to my queries and made my stay comfortable. The place is comfortable & in a nice neighborhood. I recommend for someone to stay either for short or long term!

Great host, was very responsive in correcting a WiFi issue. Check in and leaving was simple and expectations were clearly communicated. House was well cleaned and matched the description online. Great view of the bay and very peaceful.

Excellent choice for our stay near Canandaigua Lake. Plenty of room, comfort and everything we needed. Great bathroom, large and a shower that was spa like! The hot tub was a great ending to busy days. Thanks for the attention to detail. Holly was very responsive when we had trouble getting on the Wi-Fi. Solved in no time. We’d happily stay again.

5th time staying here. Fabulous place to stay! Walkable distance to food places. Only con was bathtub was a little dirty.

This apartment was a great stay, very spacious for our party of 3, and it was close to everything we needed in Oswego. This is quite specific, but loved the plants at the kitchen window, impressive gardening. Overall recommend! We will be staying here again when visiting Oswego in the future.
