The house is only 500m away from the next ski lift station and a short walk towards the city center. The whole house has been completely renovated in 2023. Parking is available directly in front of the house.

Our stylish apartment is perfect for a relaxing holiday with friends or family. The bus runs only approx. 75m from the house directly to the areas of Sölden (approx. 15 minutes) and Obergurgl-Hochgurgl (approx. 30 minutes). The Längenfeld thermal baths can also be reached by bus within 5 minutes. The well-equipped living/dining/kitchen area invites you to cook and linger together. Our apartment offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet.

Everything Comfort apartment, No premium card is included in this apartment price Tourist tax is charged on site €3.50 per person per night in summer. From January to February, our apartments are only available from Saturday to Saturday. You can view the pictures of the apartments on my homepage. Breakfast can be booked on site. €20 per person per day. Washing and drying the laundry costs €10 per wash and is not free.
