Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sofia

Overall, my stay was good. Polina, the host, was very friendly, flexible with check-in, open to requests, and easy to reach. The location is central but surprisingly quiet despite being next to a main road. There was always hot water, and the electric radiator kept the room warm even in low temperatures. On the downside, the private toilet and shower inside the room weren’t very comfortable. There were some days with ongoing renovations, which caused extra noise. The mattress, linens, and pillows could have been cleaner or newer. Also, since the room is in a large building that can host many people, the atmosphere can vary—sometimes quiet, sometimes more crowded.

We felt like home, the place is quiet, easy to find and reach by car, everything you need is nearby: shops, pharmacies, fast food, restaurants, cafes, parks, the apartment is equipped with everything you need and more. The host is primitive and always answered our requirements, we can't wait to come back!

Great location, 3 minutes from the subway, very central. A fairytale house with a charming rose garden.

The accommodation is perfect to spend a few days and visit the city, it has a large terrace where you can be, the only downside is that the bathroom is quite small, the rest is great

I spent 8 wonderful days and nights in Anita’s tasteful, bright and open-spaced place. The efficient heating was essential with the chilly outside temperatures. The shower was one of the best I’ve experienced. The house is situated within a short walk from an array of restaurants, cafes and shops, without another tourist in sight! Would thoroughly recommend Anita’s place.

Excellent house in the Simeonovo region! We had a wonderful time there, super easy to find and very convenient outdoor setup. Perfect for enjoying the pool, having a BBQ outside and letting the kids play around! Inside the house was cool even though the air conditioning was off and it was 37 degrees Celsius outside. I would definitely come again!

Great place - also for larger groups. Two cosy units. Close to the centre. Lively area, but once inside you can feel at home. Great host that helped with everything we could have asked for.

We had a lovely stay! The building is very well kept and in a great area, with a nice spot for breakfast just across the street. The keys handover with the porter lady was super smooth. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed, and the kitchen was well equipped. Karina was always quick to respond and very kind. Would definitely come back!

Kristina’s place was perfect for me. It’s an amazing space with all the amenities I needed for my 3 week stay. The balcony is the icing on the cake! The neighborhood is safe and very well connected with the city and for me when traveling to work on public transport. I had a great stay, and highly recommend this place and Kristina. Her warmth and communication are first class!

Georgi’s airbnb is a magical space. As I am a fan of style from the Soviet era, the apartment was very fun for me. The turntable was ready for me to play a fantastic LP from mid century Bulgaria. Yet beyond the gorgeous style, the apartment is also incredibly comfortable and well appointed. Everything worked perfectly. And Georgi is a very kind and respectful host. The apartment is located in an older part of the city which has developed a bohemian, hip culture. Many great restaurants, coffee shops and bars. A fun and safe area. I highly recommend. Thank you!

The digital password should be pressed from bottom to top, instead of from top to bottom as people are usually used to. I needed accommodation at short notice and Martin made it possible for me. Extremely fast and reliable contact. Everything was accurate and fit. Great apartment too, everything you need, even with a beautiful terrace. You definitely can't go wrong with the booking here.

The house was beautiful and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The environment was cozy and cared for down to the smallest detail. The neighborhood was quiet and allowed us to rest well after work days. My boyfriend and I were here for work and we had a really good time. The host was very helpful, making the whole experience even more positive.

Good communication. Clean. Requested an extra 50bgn for dog after checkout (even though it says pets allowed) as dog was only with me for a small amount of time and there was no mention of hidden fees I contacted Airbnb and they confirmed that the property have no right to request extra fees from me and I should decline. I did as Airbnb suggested. Given that they were in their right there would be no problem to pay extra, bit given that this was not in their right, please be wary of any hidden fees the company may request, check first with Airbnb. All in all very good communication and very clean. Great location.
